“Best smoothie king I’ve ever been to. For reference, I’ve been to the horrible one in Greenville, and If I lived there I would still drive here to this one.They are polite in drive through ordering (I’ve never been inside so couldn’t speak for indoors), and they are always kind when I get my drinks.They don’t take forever, and they greet you.The smoothies are a wonderful consistency.Yeah, it’s a bit pricey, but I’ve never ever had a bad smoothie from here.And the customer service is just amazing.The last time I had my husband go through for me, while I was at home sick… he brought me back a wonderful smoothie with sweet writings on it, and I’m weird so it cheered me up a lot, it was so kind.Thank you, Brooke for excellent customer service and a smoothie that made me feel better in more ways than one.“

“I haven't been to a Dutch Bros since I left for my Utah mission trip, 2 years ago. And I come to this location for the first time, in Texas.. and man! When I say "I love customer service." I LOVE customer service.I give my thanks and praises to The Heavenly Father for Mr. Casey, the Assistant Manager of this location. Even though he got up around 4am and showed up to work, He had been nothing but respectful, informative and hilarious in our 1st interaction, today. He is very well versed in the the menu and combination options. Talk about "Suggestive selling!" And it was done right! Not many can do it.. He also told/showed me how to access the MANY different flavors and items off the Dutch Bros app..there are ALOT of flavors, family..my goodness..I'll have to try a new one EACH week, now. THATS MARKETING 101.Thank you, Mr. Casey for your time, I am grateful to have had a great start to my day, not talking about the drink, but the genuine human interaction. “Right off the bat, the smoothies were really good. I never had one from smoothie king, so it was pleasant to try, however, they are Purr-ice-y! With two smoothies, it was almost 20$. The employees seemed to be waiting for us, which was very nice, but as my cousin said, they all looked very tired and a little not there, so I assume business was so slow they lost the customer service spark. Not their fault, it happens. Otherwise, it's a nice place to go for a 'healthy' treat, but not an everyday adventure to me. Hope things get better for the workers!“
