My alpha pineapple smoothie tasted so sour and just banana. I was so nice in asking them to make it again which they did, but of course the girl seemed so annoyed with me. Who I believe to be the new owner or maybe a manager was very kind and explained it was the yogurt that gave it the sour taste which made sense. I’m only giving the service one star because of the time. Ordered 2 pretzel nugget cups and one smoothie. We waited 30 minutes total(inside) and received the smoothie at the 20 minute mark because I asked the young lady what time ETA was on the smoothie. She was extremely nice and apologetic but I probably will avoid this location for a while until they are properly staffed and trained on turnaround time for food service.
First off if you are looking for the limited edition Gabby cat cat ears unfortunately they are not at this location. It would be nice if the staff knew the locations to tell the customers because unfortunately a phone call is not going to help. I wasn't going to buy anything here however I noticed on the window sign there was a peach lemonade. Unfortunately even though the sign was there they did not have any peach lemonade in stock.
