“Burger King — Better Than I Expected 🍔🍟

I stopped by Burger King yesterday after a long time, and honestly, my expectations were pretty low. But this visit turned out to be a pleasant surprise.

We went through the drive-thru and got our food surprisingly quickly. We ordered one Whopper combo and another Whopper Jr. The burgers were actually really good-nothing overly complicated, just a nice combination of the patty, melted cheese, a little lettuce, tomato, and pickle. Sometimes simple is exactly what you want, and this hit the spot.

What impressed me the most, though, was the fries. They were fresh, hot, and crispy, which made the meal even better. Fresh fries can make such a difference in a fast-food meal!

The prices also felt reasonable, especially compared with what fast food costs these days. Overall, this was a much better experience than I expected.

I can’t really comment on the service inside the restaurant since we used the drive-thru, and I also don’t know if the food quality is consistently this good. But based on this particular visit, I had a genuinely good experience.

Sometimes it’s nice when a place you have low expectations for actually surprises you-in a good way.“

“We went to the hwy121 location and the whole staff was great and friendly! Food was delicious!“

“I tried this restaurant, parking a lot full and fortunately we got spot under tree.
The restaurant is clean and cozy place.
Employees are friendly and welcoming.
When we got the menu, firstly we saw prices almost as same as with another restaurant.
We ordered Denver Omelet and French toast plater. It's delicious and yummy.
So, no wonder why this place is always full.“

“this place is awesome! it has the best pancakes iv ever eaten! There bacon is awesome and there coffee is awesome!“

“Amazing food and the service is always top notch! This is our go to breakfast spot.“

“Love Frisco Diner! The food, the staff, you feel like home! Our favorite diner ever!“

“I had breakfast yesterday for the first time here, and the food was amazing. My friend had the banana and Nutella crepes. She said they were delicious. I had scrambled eggs and ham and the portions were awesome. Our server Isaac was excellent. We plan to return and try having lunch. I would recommend this little cafe, it's very spacious, the service is excellent; the food is delicious, and the coffee is great“

“This place is consistently good. I’ve probably been over 2 dozen times now. You can’t beat the combination of reasonable prices, high quality, and good service. Rarely do you see a restaurant that meets all these criteria without one area lacking.“

“Everything is delicious! Super friendly professional staff! Satisfied !🥰“

“Went Firstwatch and after having a bad experience at my doctors visit my son and I wanted breakfast. We were seated right away and a young lady by the name of Iris took care of us. What a breath of fresh air. This young lady was polite and very attentive. You guys have a gem working for you. I will be back just to be in her company. Armando C“

“They have outstanding food and the wait staff is excellent. Very friendly. We hold the North Carrollton Networking Group there every Monday from 11:30-13:00 hrs and they are very accommodating. Monica is the server and she is very friendly to our group. Outstanding food and service :)“

“My wife and have had breakfast here 4 times over the last few months. It's always great! Servers are all fun and interesting. Food is really well thought out, I've tried something different every time. Steve is the man.

Try the Hbanero Fried Rice!“

“Staff is very friendly, speedy, and professional all wrapped up in one. They def make you feel welcome! Food wise I was expecting average, however it is top tier quality wise and portions impressive! The fresh squeezed juice was best Ive tasted too and now will def be added as a weekly spot no doubt! A++++“

“My wife and I eat breakfast almost every weekend after our morning workout. It’s a little bit of “our time” on the weekend and the staff and food has always been great. But a few weeks ago they were busy and although the meal was good the service was a little lacking and upon checkout our server’s assistant was short and seemed irritated. We were surprised and as we left were talking about it and hostess overheard and we saw her go back and immediately say something to our server. We chalked it up to being short staffed and busy. Came back the next week and everything was great. Came again today and everything was great AND our server from the bad day waited on us and was great. Here’s the part that impressed me, as we were checking out she stopped and apologized for the service from a couple weeks before, didn’t make excuses, said she’d addressed the issue with her assistant and thanked us for coming back. Apologizing is a lost art, and we appreciated it so much that not only did she not get defensive she remembered the situation, it had clearly been on her mind since that day and she wanted to make it right. That tells me Barney’s is here for the long haul and has leadership that is inspiring the employees. Great job Barney’s! We will continue to our weekend breakfast dates for a long long time.“

“Food is great, quickly becoming my favorite brunch spot. Service is fast and friendly. There are about a dozen choices near me and this is the longest drive but well worth it.“

“I am so thankful for First Watch taking my daughters allergy seriously. We will be back again.“

“We love this place! One of the last few remaining family-owned businesses in Carrollton! The food is wonderful, the service is superb. Just beware that they will be closed on the holidays. Recommend that they update their hours on Google maps so that people can know...“

“Love this place“

“We went here for the first time today. I love the big menu and the cocktails were really good! I was really impressed most by the staff though. Super friendly and attentive. Denise at the bar (which had really comfy seats) was great and the food/drinks were reasonably priced and yummy! We will be back !“

“Our weekly breakfast group has been coming to Biscuit for over a year! We have never been disappointed with the quality of the food (the Smoked Salmon Benedict is my personal favorite) or the friendliness of the staff on Friday mornings (Mary is awesome!) Biscuit is our “go to” place for breakfast or brunch!“

“Great places and friendly wait staff“

“A few weeks ago I had a bad to go order. I did submit an inquiry but manager Shelly Beatrice responded quickly and took care of us and checked in to make it right. I absolutely love this location and the kind care they make for their customers. Will definitely come back!“

“Fantastic!!!“

“😋Ligeritas y deliciosas!!!“

“Walked in thinking it was just another ordinary Burger King! I was wrong! The service was quite friendly compared to other past Burger King experiences. The interior was super clean and maintained!

Edited on 9/20/2026 to add pictures. My review stayed the same.“

“Not organized, long wait at the door and no one to sign you in, people who came after you will check in before you, no order. Tables remain with dirty with empty dishes and cups for hours. The floor is dirty with food and drinks You tea will turn cold before the food is served. Most likely not enough staff I am not going back I do not recommend this place“

“Looks like my review did not post. My son and I went to this location tonight. And even though the food was not the best, we could not have had better service and waitress! Her name is Heather and she is truly amazing. Her concern for the customer, attitude and overall kindness is something you normally will not receive at a restaurant. She really did care amd went over and beyond! She has been with IHOP for about 2 weeks and this company better do whatever needs to be done to keep Heather. She is such a joy and we will definitely be back and ask for her!“

“Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress“
