Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress
i had the dubai chocolate pancakes and they were fantastic! looked just like the picture too!
Robin the Host & our servier was excellent. 2nd time we have been in & Robin has helped us. Very friendly, courteous & great service. Also kootos to the cook. Great job.

IHOP offers a late-night menu and provides kind and patient service. The establishment looked nice and well-maintained and the interior of the restaurant was clean. The server was super friendly, polite and helpful. Service was a little slow but friendly and caring. The food was great, though the T-bone steak and omelette can be inconsistent. Customers enjoy the very quiet dining environment and great service.
