Unfortunately I keep trying to give this IHOP an opportunity to make up for the previous outing here (Been to this one 3 times)People that work there act entitled and not very friendly. I’ve lived in the area 7 years and I purposely go to the one on 380 because I love IHOP and their food.

We just had very disappointing experience at this location. It was extremely dirty - the floors, utensils, plates. The food was cold and tasted like old grease. Coffee was diluted and didn’t taste right. The plates had dirty fingerprints on them and grease. Absolutely disgusting.

worst experience. paid $6 for this oreo milk shake at IHOP and got a very small cup.The taste is also bad.usually at many IHOP I visited in multiple cities this would be the extra milkshake they give in addition to the large one they poured.I have kept the small cup next to bluebell ice cream an water bottle for reference.

Michelle who works here is extremely rude! We were explaining how we were disappointed in the food and she came started yelling at us saying they make the food and they know what it’s supposed to be like not us - in our faces. We’ve been eating at Ihop for at least 15 years and have never experienced such a horrible staff and ihop location. This place should not be operational. I’m never returning to this location much less any iHop if this is the cheap service level they provide. Oh and a new money saving trick, the syrup is watered down. I’m not expecting Canadian fresh maple syrup but I’m not expecting water mixed in my syrup. Disgusting food and horrible staff. One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in years.

There’s IHOP has a really slow staff, I have been waiting for 10 minutes already and nobody has showed up yet. I’m just waiting to be seated and I don’t see no staff around at all. The restaurant is empty and still has to wait to be seated really?

If you are hungry on a Friday night at dinner time, avoid this IHOP at all costs. Don’t let the packed parking lot fool you, all of those cars are for the 54th street pub next door.I waited with my wife for at least 15 minutes in an empty lobby with absolutely nobody in the restaurant. Working theory is that there was only one waitress who was doubling as chef.

New menu for omelettes, but no pricing on the menu. Sticker shock hit me when the bill came.Breakfast and coffee for 2 was $40.00 I was pretty floored. Should've been $10 less IMO.Waiter was very nice, but they are understaffed for their full capacity.Be hard pressed to go back.

What is going on at this location? I walked in almost 10 minutes ago and nobody had been at the host stand once. I walked around the store and not a single customer is here. I had to physically walk into your kitchen to have someone acknowledge me lol.
