“Service was quick and efficient…. Music went from Selena to Charlie Daniels; very eclectic. Manager was like a cheer leader communicating to his staff, “let’s go, let’s go, large group coming in, prebus the tables, fresh coffee up, etc.” it was entertaining and you knew everyone was working hard to get your food out asap.“

“Haven’t been here in awhile but decided to stop by and I must say first and foremost the manager there was drop dead I would go again just to see her one more time. BUT the main reason I’m leaving a comment is bc it was so much cleaner! Last time was horrible. Food was good and came out pretty quick so overall I would give them a 9/10. I’ll come back and give a 10 if I get that manager number though“

“My wife and I rotate breakfast places most weekends but Eggsellent Cafe has become our default place to go. The staff and management are incredibly nice and welcoming. The food is consistently excellent and they probably have our favorite coffee. The portions are large and you always feel as if you got you money's worth. My only critique is that I wish the coffee mugs were bigger because I'm always asking for a refill. Otherwise, this place is great and should be on everyone's radar. 👍“

“My husband and I had been planning to go out for breakfast for a while.
He ordered breakfast tacos, and I had eggs Benedict with salmon.
We didn’t have to wait very long, the service was wonderful, and the food was delicious.
We really enjoyed everything and will definitely be back for another little date.“

“Went Firstwatch and after having a bad experience at my doctors visit my son and I wanted breakfast. We were seated right away and a young lady by the name of Iris took care of us. “By far the best spicy fried chicken sandwich in the metroplex. I’ve had it 10-15 times now and it’s always delicious. Consistency at its finest. Smaller type of location, so get there early at lunch for a table.“

“I had breakfast yesterday for the first time here, and the food was amazing. My friend had the banana and Nutella crepes. She said they were delicious. I had scrambled eggs and ham and the portions were awesome. Our server Isaac was excellent. We plan to return and try having lunch. I would recommend this little cafe, it's very spacious, the service is excellent; the food is delicious, and the coffee is great“

“If you aren’t going to refill water , at least put a pitcher of water on table. The food was typical cafe food and was good. Added Gratuity, i tip 20% of my bill total so it works out better for me. You are supposed to post when you charge gratuity so people choose whether or not to patronize you.“

“My wife and I eat breakfast almost every weekend after our morning workout. It’s a little bit of “our time” on the weekend and the staff and food has always been great. But a few weeks ago they were busy and although the meal was good the service was a little lacking and upon checkout our server’s assistant was short and seemed irritated. We were surprised and as we left were talking about it and hostess overheard and we saw her go back and immediately say something to our server. We chalked it up to being short staffed and busy. Came back the next week and everything was great. Came again today and everything was great AND our server from the bad day waited on us and was great. Here’s the part that impressed me, as we were checking out she stopped and apologized for the service from a couple weeks before, didn’t make excuses, said she’d addressed the issue with her assistant and thanked us for coming back. Apologizing is a lost art, and we appreciated it so much that not only did she not get defensive she remembered the situation, it had clearly been on her mind since that day and she wanted to make it right. That tells me Barney’s is here for the long haul and has leadership that is inspiring the employees. Great job Barney’s! We will continue to our weekend breakfast dates for a long long time.“

“A few weeks back I had gone to another donut place. Paid for 8 dozen to be picked up at 5 am. I got their early. No one was there. By 5:25 am I was calling around to find someone they could help really quick. They answered and by the time I got there they were packing up the last box. I paid. Gave a tip and headed back to work. They have my business for all my corporate events and personal events! I’m calling tomorrow with a request for 9 dozen and I know they will be able to do it.“

“I stumbled upon Jackie's when I was in Dallas for work. Now, every time I'm in Dallas, I make sure to go there for breakfast. Their food is seriously delicious, the portions are huge, and the staff are always super friendly and on top of things. You gotta try the biscuit and gravy. Yeah, just one biscuit. You'll get it when you see it. Seriously, don't miss this place if you're ever in Dallas.“
