Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress

IHOP is a restaurant known for its great food, low prices, and friendly service. The servers are attentive and make sure to check on customers and ask if everything is to their satisfaction. Aly, one of the servers, is considered a gem by many customers for her kindness, helpfulness, and positive attitude. She always takes good care of customers and makes sure everyone, including kids, leaves happy. The restaurant's teamwork is strong, with staff working together to keep tables clean and attended to. The hash browns remain a popular menu item. Customers often mention that service can be slow at times, but they appreciate the personable and caring attitudes of the staff. The front window room, especially during hot days, offers a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal. Overall, many customers feel welcomed and well taken care of at IHOP.
