I’m not sure who is in charge of recruiting and training at this location, but they are doing an excellent job. I’ve been here several times and have noticed a much higher level of courteousness and desire to do a good job from the employees than at other restaurants and retail stores. Today there was an issue with my order and they went above and beyond; I’m continually impressed with this Panera. Great job all around.
I love there broccoli cheese soup, but they were running a special to have it in a sourdough bread bowl and they allowed someore to purchase them all knowing they had that special. They did not tell me when I went in to pick up my order. They were lucky that I checked my order and saw what was missing .Food: 5/5
