My order was wrong - spinach / Mushroom omelet but slimey, receipt shows an add pancake batter?Water had floaties, soda was flat like a 2 day old 2-liter that was left open in the fridge.We only went the 1 time.

Took my dad ( who was visiting from Missouri) and my grandchildren there because that is what they requested??? Service was a tad bit slow, but the staff was all very, very kind, attentive and personable. We enjoyed our visit. Also, it was kind of during a slow time so everybody was cleaning, which I really appreciated because they were sweeping, mopping ,wiping everything down as a team which I thought was really nice and I appreciated and took note of. Good people on that shift. 3/30/24 around 3pm

Today was the first and certainly the last time I will ever visit this location. 15 minutes wait to be seated, 45 minutes wait for our food. Our waiter or waitress (I could not tell) was horrible. Not attentive to us, did not check on our food to make sure it was adequate, no offers for refills on our drinks. The sausage patties had cuts in them (very subpar presentation). I hurried to eat my pancakes, paid and ran out the restaurant! This location needs a serious managerial make-over or better yet close the location permanently.

We went there for coffee, my brother and I and sat and talked for a while as we enjoyed two or three cups. He eventually gave in and got a short stack of pancakes, but it was a good time.

The service here has pretty bad. We waited nearly 50 minutes go get the food that we ordered thanks to our abysmally slow waitress. A handful of group arrived and ordered after us, yet, they got their food and finished eating well before we even got ours.
Extreme poor service. The server did not care for our needs. Food took forever. We asked for water and didn't get it. The food was it took 30 minutes to bring the silver ware. When we got the silver ware, it was wet dripping water. It was so unhygienic and disgusting. Food got cold because of that, and it was not a pleasant experience.

NEWEST UPDATE :)BIG difference!!Greeted immediately!!!Waitress came quickly and was EXTREMELY attentive!!!!Will return!!!!!*~\../~*UPDATE:Seeing good recent reviews (and responses) so trying again for dinner tonight.Hope this experience will be better.Will post again later.BOTH Lewisville locations are poorly managed. Go to either the FLOWER MOUND location or the SOUTHLAKE location.BOTH are 100% better than both of the Lewisville locations!!
