“My wife and I came here with her co-worker, who found this breakfast spot for us while they’re in town for a work conference.

When you walk in, there are menus available at the entrance, and more are at the register in case you missed one.

It wasn’t too busy this morning, but the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.

I ordered the Retro, and my wife went for the Keto with apple cinnamon waffles. The atmosphere is very open, and while the A/C was a bit chilly, it makes sense with the large windows. I can imagine how hot it gets during the Texas summer.

The food was amazing! My biscuit and jam were delicious, and though my mini hash browns were a little over-fried, it wasn’t a big deal for me.

The orange juice is freshly squeezed not the processed stuff you get at most places. There’s some pulp in it, so if you’re not a fan, you might want to ask if they offer a pulp-free option.“

“Pancakes are my favorite and these were pretty darn good... fluffy and hot. Didn't have the crispy edges like some of the photos depicted, but all in all a good pancake. Had the brisket taco as well; not much to say about it regarding the taste. Sort of bland.

They have an amazing variety of kolaches and some other kinds I have never seen before (like the Korean Bulgogi), and their drinks are a beautiful plus to have! “So after reading a negative post on here, I had to see what all the negative vibes was about, for myself!Yes it is correct there are 3-2 ladies that do work the front and as soon as you walk in the door they Great you and automatically ask what would you like (you are walking into a business that serves you) after a heated conversation with myself on what I wanted I do remember being ask twice was I ready to order.. “I'm a truck driver and I saw a glowing donut sign and had a sweet tooth. Usually look up reviews but did not. This place is neat and clean. Donuts r well presented. I've never seen a spinach and feta pastry but took a chance on it. Omg so light and flaky and fluffy. Best thing I've ever bought from a donut shop. The donuts are the fluffy kind like in the deep south. Wow. They do have cake ones I think like Krispy Kreme but I absolutely despise cake donuts and krispy kreme in general. I'll probably never be in this area again with a sweet tooth but all others will be compared to u from now on Spring Valley Donuts.“

“I am a frequent flyer of this location of ascension. I love all the locations, but this one is my favorite! The service I’ve had the last few times has been spectacular. I have fallen in love with a seasonal drink(sad), the peach cream cold brew for the summer! But this previous visit I had a few days ago, was so wonderful I needed to write about it! I was served by a woman named Zoey-who gave some excellent recommendations and was very attentive. I ended up getting this chicken chipotle type grain bowl(the name escapes me), that she said was great. I loved it. I’m looking forward to coming back again very soon! ?“

“My favorite restaurant hands down! The Seabass Burger is my go to. I had went this past Mother’s Day and it was packed to the brim. The service is most excellent even with so many people at tables. I got to meet one of the owners too. He is a very stand up guy and was very attentive just like all of the El Dorado team.“

“Visiting from Oklahoma City and was looking for something close to my hotel. I ended up getting a dozen breakfast tacos, 4 of each kind they offered for myself, my partner, and friends that were with me.These were all so fantastic! My favorite was the bean and potato taco, but I really enjoyed all of them! The salsa is really good too!Well worth the visit! I'll be returning next time I'm in the area!“

Blue/black/raspberries, Mellon, cantaloupe, watermelon, cottage cheese, butter balls, yogurt (oikos/dannon) fresh juices, great coffee! Very friendly staff and overall a very positive experience! “Usually I go for breakfast to any place that sells a quick hot item so i can just grab and go. I'm used to the QuickTrip rack of already made breakfast items that have the texture of half dried Play-do and only tastes a bit better. But at this Deli select I was given a Dinner experience in a few minutes. The croissant sandwich I got was made in front of my eyes with fresh ingredients, seasoned, and agile quickness. Everything about it was great! Even burned my tongue mildly because I could not wait. Definitely the best breakfast croissant for me in a long time.“

The manager/lead was very very efficient and definitely knew what he was doing. He greeted everyone coming in and said bye to everyone. “I was at the Statler hotel for the level up summit and we found this little café in the lobby. The food was great. The atmosphere was great. The hospitality was awesome. The owner of the restaurant actually sat and talked with me for about 30 minutes. I think it was a great little spot to grab something to eat. I will definitely visit again when I’m in Dallas.“

“I had been hearing about this place, and we are still getting to know our way around, so we finally made it on a Monday morning at about 11 am. It was almost seated fully, bt the establishment was, while clean, it was on the small side. They have some booths a few for larger parties and tables. They also offer community seating as an option.

We were asked if we minded sitting with others to be seated faster, which we did because we just wanted to eat and it looked as If it would of been a longer wait for a personal table with that we were seated within 10min.

We sat with another couple who didn't seem to truly want to do the community seating bt opted to so they didn't have to wait. So that makes it a little awkward because only a condiment holder is separating the guest. You can't really converse because you have company ( we all know how we are about our business, lol ).

I got the lamb chops that came with eggs and home fries i added a piece of catfish, my wife had steak and eggs it came with home fries as well and a piece of toast to drink we had watermelon lemonade ( so good ). The server was pleasant and answered all questions. Food came out at about the 20 - 25-min mark. The food overall was good. I have to be honest. The lamb chops were an ok size, but I have had better lamb chops for the price. They were tender, bt the flavor was OK again. longhorns lamb chops are better, so there that. My wife's steak was good bt was too heavy on the seasoning for her liking, I personally thought the seasoning was ok, but I'm also a if I can't taste it, it's not
seasoned person.

Overall, I would suggest it bt dnt expect like the best breakfast you ever had. It's good food. The catfish was very good. I said I should have just gotten a fried basket. I live in mesquite. I wouldn't drive back 30 minutes to return, bt I would suggest it if you have never been or if you're in that area.

“Stopped by because I was definitely craving a Breakfast sampler I substituted a French toast with strawberries and banana ,cadd whip cream and felt tonight at this IHOP I felt my time here as a guest was made a 5 star moment plus it was nostalgic!! Kayla was our waitress and what better way to top off a night at work by having something nostalgic my sister had a poblano omelette thanks IHOP for Kayla !!“

“Compared to do many other upscale restaurants here in the DFW airport, this IHOP surprisingly beats them all. While the food is more expensive (it is an airport after all), they don't skimp on portions and the quality was top notch.

My waitress was on point. In a very good mood, polite, and prompt.

I will happily eat here again.“
