“People complain about simple things and average things but when you see what important the most than you see things more clearly. The restaurant itself is beautiful, clean, and inviting, but what made our experience absolutely unforgettable was the exceptional service we received from Mr. Allan and Mr. Michael Head, the operations manager.

Both of them represent hospitality at the highest level. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness stood out immediately. They didn’t just serve us—they made us feel valued and cared for. Every interaction showed their dedication to making guests feel comfortable and appreciated.

What impressed us the most is how they truly live the restaurant’s slogan: “Be Kind.” It wasn’t just words on a wall; Mr. Allan and Mr. Michael genuinely practice it through their actions. Their humility, warmth, and positive attitude created an experience that went far beyond great food.

It’s rare to meet people who combine such professionalism with sincere kindness. Mr. Allan and Mr. Michael are truly remarkable, and they made our visit memorable in the best possible way. Without a doubt, they are among the kindest and most attentive people we have ever encountered in a restaurant.

Compared to other cafés nearby, this one had a more relaxed atmosphere and friendlier service. Everything came out quickly, but nothing felt rushed. “This is the best donut shop yet! Always fresh and delicious! I got my regular order which is a bacon jalapeño kolache with a plain cake and the plain cake was so crunchy and delicious! Thank you for always having wonderful quality food!

“First time visit and was very enjoyable. Takes a while to be warmly greeted as you enter and it's kind of presumed you have been there before because you scan a QR code for the menu then approach to order, receive a number and sit anywhere. Also after we sat down decided our order and got up, someone took our table. The food was very good. The pancakes were some of the best I have had. Wonderful texture, moist and flavorful. I do wish they were bigger and or you got one more (receive 3). Would also be nice If you had the option to add blueberries or chocolate chips to them. I also got a side fruit salad. The fruit was very nice and fresh but is on the smaller side. Personally I rather a place charge a $1 or so more and make portions bigger but that's just my preference. Very cute and cozy establishment. I would go back for sure.“

“What a great and delicious hidden gem for that donut craving! 😋 So good the Dart buses stop for donuts! 😂 They are conveniently located on Spring Valley not far from the tollway so it makes for quick in out for that morning commute.
Excellent variety and if you need more than sweets they have fantastic freshly made breakfast sandwiches! It’s family owned and operated and they are as sweet as the donuts they make! Always smiling! 😁“

“I'm a sucker for donuts, and this place hit the spot!! I was searching up random shops that were on my route and decided to stop by here

I got classic glazed and chocolate doughnuts. I've been to several other shops, and I noticed these doughnuts were bigger than average. They are somewhat asymmetrical (aka not perfectly round), but I kind of like that actually. The glaze is also crackly which gives them a great textural contrast to the fluffy donut.“

I ended up getting a dozen breakfast tacos, 4 of each kind they offered for myself, my partner, and friends that were with me.These were all so fantastic! My favorite was the bean and potato taco, but I really enjoyed all of them! The salsa is really good too!Well worth the visit! I'll be returning next time I'm in the area!“

“they saved my night after a horrible experience at Hawkers. I loved the banana bread french toast and chicken strips. It was kind of a weird setup: you pay first and they don't have wait staff anymore. but everybody was very friendly. There was a minor issue but the manager took care of it and I was happy. Great place“
