My husband and I eat here almost every Friday night. Ask for Paulie or Javier. They are awesome. Paulie knows our orders and remembers to bring my husband a little bowl of chopped onions with his order. The food is good, and the line is usually long on Friday nights. If you go be sure to make reservations on a Friday or Saturday night. The swirl margarita (they call it the Texas Tornado) is awesome.
Great food, lovely atmosphere, and amazing service. The stuffed avocado salad was delicious. Fresh greens with a yummy mango spicy dressing that I couldn't do much of but I paired it with the avocado ranch and they balanced out well. The server at the bar was very helpful and sweet. It was a lovely luch?

I come here for the Beef tacos but everything else is super fresh and delicious too! It was our first time ordering the Tortilla soup and I'm definitely getting it again next time - it tasted kind of similar to chicken noodle soup. If you ever visit Desperados please don't forget to order the Beef tacos; it's so fresh, crispy and the beef is so well seasoned. Also our server Maria was very kind and attentive
