Pizza was made with quality fresh ingredients and did not skimp. Very very good pizza.
Great place place to visit
First time eating here. Spaghetti and meatsauce was very good. Nice portion size too. Same thing for the lasagna. Pasta noodles could have been drained better as the sauce was watery as a result. I saw lots of Pizzas coming out of the oven and they looked amazing. Looking forward to trying one on my next visit.
Worth mentioning is that this is really designed to be a grab and go spot vs a sit down restaurant as it only has 2-3 tables inside.

Based on the reviews, Caprissi Pizza and Pasta is a great restaurant in Garland. The food is good and the ingredients are fresh. The pizza is sooo good, exactly the NY style that was hoped for. The cheese is really really good with a perfect pull, and everything tastes super fresh. The crust is foldable with just the right amount of crunch. The dough has great flavor and just perfect crunch. The all-meat calzone and Stromboli are massive and incredible. The ranch is AMAZING, and the marinara recipe is worth paying good money for. The garlic rolls are very good. The quantity is plenty. The service is super friendly and AMAZING. Overall, it is a 10/10 experience. Customers will definitely be back, and one cannot recommend this location enough.
