“Bad experience I called to make an order and the lady who answered my call my good morning or nothing she just said tell me I'm too busy I don't recommend this place apart from being rude they are they don't have empathy Asia customers“

“My experience here has pretty much been pretty OK. It is just a Pizza Hut overall.
The pizza was fresh, hot, and tasted great which had a nice amount of toppings and a good crust. Everything was prepared pretty quickly, and my order came out just right.

The staff is like. …As long as you don’t give them a problem they don’t give you a problem.
And can be rather friendly and polite, and they made the pickup experience smooth and easy. The restaurant itself was clean and basic.

Sometimes there is a slight wait longer than expected, and a couple small details in the order weren’t perfect. Nothing major, just enough to notice.

Overall, still a solid Pizza Hut location that I would definitely come back to when I’m craving pizza.“

“I have ordered pizza from this location for the last couple of years.

They usually get my order correct. When they do mess up. They always make it right.

Only giving 4 stars my biggest complaint is the worker don’t alway make sure there delivery driver have all the side items like Parmesan cheese & dipping sauces.

I placed an order on Dec 24th & I ordered Parmesan cheese because I was totally out at home & side dipping sauce .

My husband called for my behalf because of how upset I was on it especially when I paid for those items . Also I was totally out at the house.

The manager made it right by giving me a $10 credit which is nice but the issue still needs to be addressed. Sadly this wasn’t first this has happened to me. It’s happened two other times.

If third party is doing the delivery your workers needs to make they check all of that. Especially when we have paid for all those items now days. It’s not free anymore like used be in the past (several years ago).

I may have start keeping cash for the tips & tip accordingly if they get all my items or not.“

“I just wanted to give a shout out to the team who worked PM shift on 06/22/2026. I’ve been struggling a bit financially and living paycheck to paycheck, but I make tips and have cash in hand most days. When I order late after getting off work, I feel bad and worry that I’m keeping you from closing up but I know I need to eat. Pizza Hut is one of the only places to get food delivered late and accepts cash upon delivery. Sometimes I go hours or even a whole day without eating, but yall make my order correctly, it’s delivered hot, and it’s consistently good food. Thank you so much for staying open late, accepting those orders and preparing food for people even when it’s 30-40 minutes before you close. You don’t know how much it means to someone that they get a hot meal and you can contribute to changing the outcome of their day!“
