Pizza Hut in Irving

“Right now I’m going through an extremely difficult point in life for my family and myself. I ordered a pizza and there was a mistake made by the delivery service they use when they’re short on drivers and immediately upon hearing about this mistake they did everything in their power to make it right even more so than just right actually they really blessed me and my family and my heart goes out to this Pizza Hut team they give you the feeling like there are businesses still care about their neighborhood and the people in it that keep their business running. Keep up the wonderful customer service guys. It makes so much more of an impact than you can imagine.“

“I don't need to say their Pizza is delicious, because everybody know that!
No pizza joint can touch them. The best part is they not high considering the quality of ingredients. All other pizza joints that I deal with changed to cheap cheese.“

“The stellar service you get when Angel is around is one of the main reasons I come to this location.
She is so upbeat and always friendly, going out her way to ensure that your order is right.
This is Pizza Hut so the food is more or less the standard.
This location is also clean and I’ve been to many Pizza Hut locations and their competitors but this one stands out.
This particular location has definitely improved over the years and I now prefer ordering from this location.“

“This location is amazing I walked in lastnight 2 minutes till close needing to feed my family, just getting back from a school event. They absolutely took my order, no attitude, no hesitation at all. Just want to give a big THANK YOU to Leslie and staff for making my kids night!!! It was delicious well made and hot and crispy.“

“Ordered Pizza Hut for dinner cause we had a few people over and didnt wanna deal with cooking. Got two pizzas and some wings, everything showed up about when they said it would. One pizza couldve used a little more cheese but the other one was really good. Wings had plenty of sauce and nothing was cold when it got here. Order was right too which is always a plus when your getting a bunch of stuff. Pretty good experience overall.“

“I come here every Saturday or Sunday morning, one or the other. The two ladies that are always here in the morning are always so cheerful. I wish I had that stamina so early!! 🤣. I don't know, I feel so welcomed when I come to this specific pizza hut, the people that work here are always so open to what they do, and if they make a mistake or if you show a hint of dislike they're always willing to make it better for you. ☺“
