“Nicholas has saved the day three times now. DoorDash fulfills the order but doesn’t deliver it, and he has patiently and quickly resolved it each time. He even took the time to explain how I can go about preventing this issue from happening in the future.
Every driver that has come has been an absolute sweetheart, and always knocks to make sure I get my order. I genuinely really really appreciate this store and their service. I’m so sorry I didn’t have cash for the replacement tip this time, thank you for everything you guys have done for me 😭❤❤“
“I went in today and ordered pizza for lunch but I was thinking if I get enough I won't have to cook dinner. My last 24 hours had been crazy and I just wanted to order, get my food and get on to the next thing on my to do list. Charity greeted me when I came in to order but also gave me the best customer sevice. I want to say thank you Charity! You rock!!!“

“I somehow made the mistake online of choosing carry-out instead of delivery. I called the 1301 FM 407 ste 209 store in Lewisville and quickly got an answer and the problem was corrected. I thought I’d forsure get a cold pizza 45 minutes later. Nope, they had the pizza to me in 10 minutes. Probably the best pizza and cheese sticks I’ve ever had. Management and employees deserve an A+.“
