“The manager is spectacular and all the employees are more friendly than Chick-fil-A. Everybody is in high school and have not been tainted with a negative attitude about the world and working. The work ethic is great. Everyone gets along & respects each other. It’s like walking into utopia. It’s like somebody’s sprinkle pixie dust on everybody and they have a perpetual smile. “Just went through the drive thru and the lady taking the order was so friendly. Then the cook who I’m sure was making a whole bunch of orders dropped off the food super quick and he was so nice very impressed by the small interactions and the food we great.“

“Took my son to a busy Chick-fil-A the other day and this awesome young lady named Addison made our stop a breeze. I got the spicy chicken sandwich meal (always hits the spot) while my boy stuck with his plain nuggets—no sauce, like the picky little guy he is.
She didn’t miss a beat, just laughed it off and hit us with a couple of clever jokes that had both of us cracking up. Got us taken care of quick and on our way. The place was hoppin’ but super clean, and the service was top-notch.

Before setting up at Trainer Con, Mr. Pretzels felt like grabbing a quick held item inside a low-traffic mall Gym. Service came through with solid Trainer guidance, helping navigate the menu and unlocking the cinnamon pretzel bites option, a cleaner, bite-sized evolution of the classic sweet move. The bites delivered consistent damage with warm cinnamon flavor like a Flamethrower, and the cherry ICEE acted like a refreshing Ice Beam to round out the combo. Gym conditions were quiet (almost abandoned), which fits the quick-stop playstyle. Not a destination-worthy encounter, but a reliable in-mall pickup that gets the job done.“

“Visited first time since they opened after the remodel. I liked that there is more parking space now for us those who prefer to go inside and eat versus drive through.

“I was visiting from Canada and I came here a couple days ago to try Canes for my first time. I dined in and I had the BEST experience ever. The vibe in the restaurant was so sweet and my server was so nice. He would take my plates out without me even needing to get up and always asked if i needed anything. I had asked his name and he said it was Hayden. This young man deserves more recognition for the hard work he puts in. This being my first time at a raising canes I didn't know what to expect, but, it certainly wasn't restaurant type waitering. And another thing, the food was amazing. I had asked for extra fresh and they delivered. I was pleasantly surprised and now I wish we had canes in Canada. Love this place!“

“I went in today and ordered pizza for lunch but I was thinking if I get enough I won't have to cook dinner. My last 24 hours had been crazy and I just wanted to order, get my food and get on to the next thing on my to do list. “I somehow made the mistake online of choosing carry-out instead of delivery. I called the 1301 FM 407 ste 209 store in Lewisville and quickly got an answer and the problem was corrected. I thought I’d forsure get a cold pizza 45 minutes later. Nope, they had the pizza to me in 10 minutes. Probably the best pizza and cheese sticks I’ve ever had. Management and employees deserve an A+.“

“We ordered at the drive thru and they told us to park in handicapped parking to wait.🤦‍♀️ Then the girl told us we would actually have to come in to get our food because company policy is that they cant bring food out after dark. So I guess I'm curious why they even have a drive thru open at night if they are going to make you park and then make you go in anyway! Our order was over $50 and I love the chicken but am shocked at the terrible service!“

“Since the addition of spicy chicken nuggets, the regular chicken nuggets are now spicy to since they are all fried in the same oil. Unfortunately my kids can not handle the spicy so they have to miss their McDonalds treat now.“

“I visited this location twice in the past 4 days. The service was excellent. The employees were friendly and efficient. I enjoyed a six inch #16 all-pro sweet onion teriyaki chicken sub with customizations as the main portion of my order. Both times, the sub was delicious. The oatmeal raisin and raspberry cheesecake cookies are good.“

“This seems the best place to leave this review. We were Evacuees from Estes Park staying in Lewisville. Jersey Mike was close. Weather was horrible. I drove for a take out. The two young men were so nice. We talked while they brewed up our sandwiches. They went so far above and beyond for us. Made our exile so much easier. Plus, I could go on an on about the sandwiches. Holy Cow they were good. Funny how food has a way of making a bad day all better. I gave a 15% tip and wish I had given so much more. “A few days ago, my father and I were craving a tuna sandwich and we haven’t been to Jimmy John’s before. So we went to this location near me and I’m glad I did. Workers Mark and Chris are the best! Their energy was unmatched and were super, super, super nice to us the whole time. They also recommended us the toasted cheddar cheese roast beef sandwich and my family and I loved it! Mark and Chris’s energy though was what made the experience awesome, even when near closing time and us being the only 2 customers (people mainly ordered by drive-thru) they remained immensely positive! If I’m ever craving a good sandwich, I’d come back to this specific location just to interact with those gentleman again. Great job!!!! 15/10 stars ⭐“

“Came here because it's closer to where we moved but we're bummed that this location doesn't accommodate special requests. Another location we used to frequent would let us customize a large sandwich with different toppings per side. This place said they don't do that and we had to buy two mediums which is more food than we wanted and is more expensive. Maybe that's why they enforce the no customization of halves to money.“
