This was my second time returning to this Church's Chicken location in Lewisville Texas and the first time was worse. I didn't even end up getting what I'd ordered online the first time because the line was out the door and I was there for I don't know how long and it wasn't moving. It was disorganized and the customer service was horrible.

The manager took great care of us.
Nice people, mediocre chicken. Chicken was unseasoned the last time I went there. I don't ever remember it being that bland. Maybe it was an off night.

Church's Texas Chicken is a popular spot known for its excellent service from friendly staff. Customers enjoy the delicious food, featuring standout items like spicy chicken and jalapeño biscuits. The restaurant also offers family deals and tasty baked chicken, which many find delicious. While the location can get busy, particularly during lunch, the staff works efficiently to prepare orders quickly, with some customers noting improvements in online service. Parking is ample, including wheelchair-accessible spots, making it convenient for everyone. However, some reviews mention the need for upgrades, especially regarding cleanliness in restrooms and food handling practices. Despite these issues, Church's Texas Chicken remains a great choice for a satisfying meal, especially with their specials on Wednesdays.
