I love this Wendy's. I bypass other Wendy's just to go to this one. They care and the service is the best.
Super quick for lunch rush
They didn't double check the receipt and forgot a drink. There were no smiles in their voices nor on their faces at the window. Customer service sure has gone downhill since I worked at a Wendy's years ago. I always wanted my attitude to exude happiness for making the customers feel comfortable and getting exactly what they want. One of the burgers wasn't as big as advertised. Quite disappointing.
