I know it’s in an uppity area, and most of these negative reviews are over trivial things, but I can always expect a good burger from here.“

“So this KFC (and also Taco Bell) is not like any other I’ve been to. They consistently meet by high expectations as a restaurant owner myself I tend to be quick at pointing out problems. Here I can’t, only thing slightly negative I would say is not open all night or at least later as I would patronize even more. The store manager Gerard is spot on customer service centric attitude and the food quality and temperatures are perfect. Every other KFC I go to the gravy is the consistency of water and instantly falls off the mashed potatoes- here absolutely not. They spend the extra 5 cents in ingredients and make it right. Perfect consistency and thickness and taste wonderful. And I’ve never got chicken that tasted like it was out of a warmer, which means they hold their food appropriately timed. Their Taco Bell side is also great, especially the new Grilled Cheese Shredded Beef Taco. Please keep up the astonishing work and I’ll stay a long term customer!“
“If you've never tried a Freddy's burger before then you have no idea what your missing. My wife said the patty melt is the best she has ever had. As for myself someone who has been to many burger establishments in many different states I believe these burgers are the best. In my opinion the onion rings are the best also. My wife said that the onion rings are like lays potato chips that they say you can't eat just one. Well she said you can't eat just one or 2 or 3 well truthfully it'll take a whole large order to get enough.You have gotta go and check them out.The manager is so nice and polite and so was the entire crew.The restaurant was very clean inside and out.Thank you Freddy's for such a great experience.The Ennis restaurant is where we go.We drive 18 miles just to eat here and it's very well worth it.“

When I actually got to the window he smiled and made a terrific impression. First time in a while that I have been through a drive-through and my order be correct. “Always a good experience! Delicious food & great staff. The only drawback is how crowded it is. We had to wait around for a seat to open up. On this trip, we witnessed a man realize he had lost his wallet after eating. The staff had picked it up & returned it to him. To watch his panic turn to relief and gratitude after it was returned made my heart happy!“
