“This was my first time at this establishment. I went in here because I heard the backstory about how it was supposed to be a place that started in Chicago. The atmosphere was really cool. The people were very friendly and the burger. I had definitely hit the spot. I also had a nice slice of the chocolate cake for dessert. For a fast food option this place will definitely fill you up.“

I had to download the app because the TV ad I saw for the discount of half price shake when you buy one was not available unless you ordered it through the app. The girl came out, overcame the obstacles And jumped through the electronic hoops that would take me way too long and make me lose my patience.

Parking: I'm laughin' a li'l bit because while it's free parking, it's not free parking, bcoz if you're parking in a space, they do expect you to buy some food because it's a drive-restaurant , with individual menu boards and speakers per parking space, so you kinda hafta....

Wheelchair accessibility: There are a couple of handicap spots, a couple of ramps to get up on the sidewalk to go enjoy the small shaded patio dining area“

When I walked in I was not greeted, and when I tried to order the person at the counter kept walking away from me, could barely make eye contact, and I could never tell if she was actually hearing anything I was saying. But the food was awesome, so if you don't care about service in the slightest, this place is great.“

I don’t typically go out of my way for a JJ’s sandwich, but the guys who work at this location are always so polite and professional that it’s become a comforting part of my routine. The food always tastes fresh, and I’ve never had an issue with my orders. Although I’m confident if I did it would be resolved with no issue. As a consumer, I hope the employees’ efforts are recognized and rewarded by the company, because without their kindness and reliability I likely wouldn’t be a regular (although I do love a great sandwich).“
