“Good afternoon! My name is Kelly, and I am a GM manager at Chick-fil-A. I wanted to give a special shout-out to a young lady at the front of Layne’s named Lilly.

I ordered my food, and within less than five minutes, she brought it out to me hot and fresh. She asked if I needed anything else, and when I told her I was okay, she continued helping other customers with the same positive attitude.

Lilly was incredibly fast, organized, and friendly. She called customers’ names with a smile, kept the dining area clean, wiped down tables after people left, and made sure everything was well stocked.

I came to this Layne’s location about a week ago, but Lilly was not working that day. Unfortunately, the service I received during that visit was not very good. This afternoon, however, my experience was completely different. Lilly truly made my visit one of the best experiences I have ever had at Layne’s.

I even tried to give her a $20 tip to show my appreciation, but she kindly refused and told me to keep it because she was just doing her job to make customers happy, comfortable, and able to enjoy their meals. That really stood out to me.

Lilly is one of the nicest and hardest-working people I have met. She deserves to be recognized for the excellent service she provides. I would love to know her schedule so I can come back when she is working and bring more people with me.

“Just had an order from Door Dash. Ordered the double chicken tostada, with no a avocado, with ranch and chips and salsa. It had 2 avocados on it No Ranch or Salsa. I have tried 3 times to call and can not get through. Very frustrating!!!“

Me and my boyfriend came to this chick-fil-a , we live 30 minutes away from this restaurant since Decatur doesn’t have a restaurant and usually a truck comes 1 a week ..but still, we order our food. Grilled chicken sandwich meal and Chick-fil-a chicken sandwich meal and tried the s’more shake ..we paid and sat down for 15 minutes and all the tables around us was not clean and dirty.. the food was delicious but the restaurant tables were dirty“
