Definitely worth the price when you are craving for their best chicken recipe made by Kentucky’s kernel. We definitely recommend this location and we definitely be back at this place.“

“First time here. We were immediately greeted by a clean environment and friendly cashier named James. He patiently and quickly answered any questions and helped us pick what spicy level would work for us.
We were checked on a few times while eating to make sure we weren’t in need of anything, which is a huge step above for most fast food places.
The food was freshly made and delicious, and we were impressed with how spicy the extra hot turned out to be.

“Today I finally tried Layne’s, it was wonderful. The chicken is so much better than Canes or Slim Chickens. This is the best chicken I’ve had besides making homemade tenders, which is exactly what it reminded me of. The chicken was tender and the crust/batter is crispy. Good size portion and the chicken isn’t overly breaded. Owner walked around & checked on us- offered us a sample of the next heat level up to see if we liked it for next visit. We signed up for the rewards app & the staff applied our points from receipt for us since we waited to sign up after paying. Can’t wait to try again for other flavor & menu options. “My husband and I tried Lolo’s for the first time on Sunday. We learned that when going to Lolo‘s, you want to put yourself on the waiting list on the app before walking in, we waited two hours to be seated although the music was great and food was mighty tasty. Definitely comfort food. I highly recommend chicken and fish mashed potatoes and collard greens were off the chain Not to mention the cornbread. I have to say the food was definitely worth the wait! We will be returning soon!“

“No air conditioning at theTehana Ridge Fort Worth store today. No sign on the door, no explanation. Customer ahead of me in line said the a/c was out last week as well. Very disappointed-I always enjoyed in store dining here. The kitchen obviously had electricity- we could see lights. And the refrigerator was cold.“

“Came in for date night with my husband and we were jivin’ for a good burger and cold beer. This place hit both cravings out of the park! Heather was our waitress, who was attentive but not helicopter-esque, and an absolute joy. Our burgers were cooked to a perfect medium, the veggies were fresh, and the sidewinders and potato wedges were plentiful. Be sure to come hungry - you definitely won’t leave that way! Cannot wait to come back here as it’s just down the road from the house!“

“I can here for a queso crunchy double chicken bowl. There combination of overhead music, loud kitchen, and a fast but quiet speaking cashier meant it took a little bit to get the order across. Also I wanted the red salsa which I always remember getting at a salsa bar but they don't have the salsa bar here, even though you can tell where it's supposed to be. The same combination of noise and communication means I gave up on trying to get it, I wound up getting some super spicy picante sauce instead. Oddly enough the next customer was handled by another cashier and I could hear and understand her from my seat 25 feet away. Also there's only one napkin dispenser and they keep it almost behind the counter. I understand wanting to control costs but there's not going to be any customers if you treat them all like they can't be trusted to even get a napkin or some salsa.

Calling the store is an endless loop of menu options or voicemail boxes that are not set up. Be sure you check your bags before you pull away!“

Ive never had cfa ever so i asked my cashier what did she recommend so after i order and all she told me not to worry about it that my meal was on her. “Eat at this location nearly every other Friday, and it’s usually very fast, friendly and accurate. However, Friday the 10th, this was not the case. As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return. Luckily, I’m sure it was a fluke, and I know they usually do a lot better, so I’ll be back. This is simply a heads up for the managers that y’all weren’t on your game today. 2/10/2023 @ 1145.“

The big boss who's photo is at entry was there, he's very hands on and seemingly every nice, bilingual and chatting with customers and staff. When a boss is a good boss, its very easy to see. My mom gets her daily tea from here, but she recently had knee surgery and can't drive. Team member Cathy hand-delivered a tea to her house two weeks in a row. The service here is above and beyond!“
