While this is my “go to” Chick-fil-a restaurant, it is so frustrating to not receive all the items you paid for. I of course did not discover this until I was home. Calling the store is an endless loop of menu options or voicemail boxes that are not set up. Be sure you check your bags before you pull away!
I got the chicken sandwich and it's always great. A little pricey but im looking forward to trying that pamento cheese chicken sandwich.
The line inside was about 8 people/groups ahead of me so I thought I'd be waiting awhile. But there were three clerks taking orders so it went fast! It took several minutes for me to get my order in because of kids making choices, etc but the clerk was very patient and helpful.

Overall, the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining environment, making it a great spot for a meal in the Grapevine area.
