“We loved our first experience with Bob's. All the staff greeted us with warm smiles. We were waited on by Isabelle and she was amazingly attentive to us. One of the managers even came by to make sure our first time was going well and to remind my husband that his bday deserves a dessert. The ambiance was perfect for our date night and the food melted in our mouths. It was so delicious! We found our new favorite spot! Thank you!!“

“One of the larger Olive Gardens I have visited, clean, comfortable, I was promptly seated and my server showed up in a few minutes. The parking lot seemed full but I didn’t have any wait and Jasmine was very efficient and friendly, she did a great job and I asked her if she was a coffee drinker, and she said she was, and then I said then you know what a fresh cup of coffee is. She laughed and said yes, and I told her I would like a fresh cup of coffee and that’s exactly what she brought me! Food was as good as any Olive Garden and I appreciated especially how comfortable the air conditioning was, usually I am too cool but this was great, I was here on a Thursday around 1:00 for lunch. If you are looking for a pleasant restaurant and reasonable prices try this one, I will be back!“

“While this is my “go to” Chick-fil-a restaurant, it is so frustrating to not receive all the items you paid for. I of course did not discover this until I was home. Calling the store is an endless loop of menu options or voicemail boxes that are not set up. Be sure you check your bags before you pull away!“

The waitress was super friendly and the sushi chef even stopped by our table to ask how everything was. You can tell they care to get to know their customers and it’s much appreciated. “Absolutely love the pizzas here!! The unique variety they offer takes pizza to the next level. I do have 3 issues pertaining to service though. 1. We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

“I tried their jhol chicken momo and chicken chowmein, and honestly, the food was amazing. The momo was super flavorful and juicy, probably one of the best momos I’ve had in Bedford. The chowmein also gave me real Nepal vibes, which made the experience even better.

Communication was clear and timely, and he was very accommodating when we needed to make adjustments to meet a variety of dietary requirements. The hall itself was warm and lively, filled with aromas so magnificent that even the greatest feasts of ancient kings would pale in comparison.

Our most honorable steward for the evening, the noble Sir Cy, conducted himself with grace, wisdom, and hospitality befitting a knight of the highest order. Never once did our goblets run dry, nor were we left waiting in hunger. Sir Cy possessed deep knowledge of the sacred menu scrolls and guided us through the offerings with confidence and courtesy. His demeanor was cheerful, respectful, and steadfast, as though he had sworn an oath before the royal court to ensure all guests departed fully satisfied and in good spirits.
