I was impressed to find one of these in Coppell. Cava is taking the country by storm. Worth trying to see if it’s a lunch staple for you. Like a slightly elevated chipotle for Mediterranean food.
Absolutely fantastic staff, Front and back staff were very helpful with my huge order. It was ready before stated time. Highly recommend cava on Denton Tap rd Coppell. Food is amazing!

I love Cava. Unfortunately the dining area of this location is always dirty. It's difficult to find a clean table. Suggestion: put a lid on the rice so it doesn't dry out! Crunchy rice is not good.
