“I think overall Salata is a great place to eat and order from. I usually do not like to write bad reviews and the intent if this one is not to be negative.Today however I had a unique experience .After ordering for delivery , after 79 minutes of waiting I get a message that my order has been cancelled and to contact the store.Upon doing so I have been told that my order was given to the Doordash driver and I should contact Doordash to see what is going on. Well that portion drove me nuts to be honest. I completely understand that delivery can be missed, it happened before and though uncomfortable because I was hungry, I actually never got mad.Today however a line was crossed. As a customer, when I pay 20 $ overall for a small salad, I am expecting Salada to track their own drivers.I did not order from Doordash. I ordered from Salata. Please understand that if I ordered delivery it probably means that I , as a customer don’t have time to track drivers who do not feel like working. Thank you very much for your understanding and let’s reset our asymmetric relationship! “Happened to visit Panera Bread when my kids wanted to try their favorite soup. Ordering was a breeze and pick was a breeze too. The atmosphere was good and appeared very neat and the menu was laid out very well. Half and half pricing always confuses me but the cashier was able to explain what it meant. Overall a decent experience. And definitely for a bowl of soup, it was slightly expensive.“

“Run, don’t walk, to Motor City Pizza. We ended up here by accident last weekend, after the restaurant we were going to was unexpectedly closed. This was the next closest non chain pizza place we could find so we decided to give it a try and we were SO glad we did. We sat at the bar. The bartender (I think his name was Brad) was friendly and personable and made some fabulous menu suggestions. We started with the potato chip chicken strips. They were fantastic. The seasoning in the batter was spot on, and they were piping hot and perfectly crispy. I ordered the Maurice salad, something I had never heard of. It was a very busy salad, lots of different flavors going on, but I am here to tell you it was one of the best salads I have ever had in my life. I am already trying to figure out when I can go back and order it again. Hubs got pizza, half Texas sweet heat and half mobster. Definitely one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had, you could tell they use top notch ingredients. It’s rare we have such a great experience entirely “by accident”. We can’t wait to go back! Maybe next time I’ll remember to get pictures :)“

“Alforno’s did an outstanding job catering a recent church event for us. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Jay, the catering coordinator, was wonderful to work with. Communication was clear and timely, and he was very accommodating when we needed to make adjustments to meet a variety of dietary requirements. Delivery was right on time, and Jay even helped set everything up so everything looked great and was ready to go. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious. We received so many compliments from our guests, and everything was a big hit. We’re very grateful for their professionalism and the care they put into making our event run smoothly. We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

“Good Evening Snappy Salad Dream Team, I would like you to know that I received Exceptional customer service today although I was being totally unreasonable (Trust me I was a total A-hole for 0 reason) ***well I thought I ordered my salad online, big avocado grill salad with salmon and shrimp, and checked out as a guest but apparently I didn’t properly complete my online order ** To tell you the truth, I seriously don’t know what happened but one thing is for certain that these ladies, working at Las Colinas Snappy Salad, are extremely kind and have a heart of Gold even though I threw a total tantrum** Well 1st I got upset with the lady not receiving my NONE complete online order, 2nd I decided to become upset with the lady tossing my salad for not asking me what size I wanted, FYI I lied and said that had visited Snappy Salad before to the 1st girl who didn’t receive NONE complete online order and who also asked me if I hadn’t visited she would like to explain how she could best serve me. The thing is that if you don’t let people know how they can best serve you you’re not going to get what you want** And so I decided to act as if her changing my salad from small to large wasn’t something fixable** but no I wanted to be upset and so I proceeded to complain to the lady ringing me up, which probably was the manager, and stated how upset I was that no one received my order, keep in mind this is my NONE complete online order I’m still fussing about, and no one asked me what size salad I wanted***in the end I was given a FREE salad and felt completely stupid, selfish and embarrassing acting like a BIG Brat this evening**with that being said, I would like to publicly apologize to the entire staff of Snappy Salads in Las Colinas for being such a pain to you all and I would like to thank you all for being exceptionally kind to me even when I was being extremely unreasonable to you all. I am so embarrassed about my attitude and will probably not visit again but if I do I’ll probably send someone else in to get my food or wear a crazy looking wig in hopes of no one recognizing the CRAZY lady ( me).
