“Loved this family owned Jordanian restaurant! Daniya and Mr. Mohammed, sweetly greeted us, explained the way to order, and even gave us samples, since it was our first time here. We ordered a falafel sandwich and had a plate of falafel that came with their delicious and super thin pita bread and tahini sauce. The in-house, fresh, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside falafel Mr. Mohammed makes, are the best falafel we have had in the DFW area. We have tried MANY places, this is hands down our new go to place for a falafel sandwich craving!”

“🍳 Sunday Brunch Review – J. Macklin’s (Coppell, TX) 🍳 My wife and I stopped in for Sunday brunch at J. Macklin’s and overall had a great experience! The atmosphere was lively but comfortable, perfect for a weekend meal. We did have an extended wait (they were out of biscuits 😅), but I have to give major credit to the management and wait staff. They handled it extremely well and even offered a discount for the inconvenience. Truly phenomenal service, they turned the situation around and made us feel taken care of. We tried the Bacon Board, which has a fun concept but could use a little more creativity. Just maple syrup on bacon didn’t quite hit the mark, but with a little flair this could easily be their signature appetizer. Now the entrées were exceptional. ✔️ My wife’s Southern Benny was flavorful and perfectly executed. ✔️ I had the grilled cheese with a hearty tomato soup and fries and let me just say, those fries were some of the best I’ve had in a long time. Bottom line: 🔹 Great vibe, 🔹 excellent main dishes, 🔹 and top-tier service. We’ll definitely be coming back!”

“I’m a matcha lover and I was searching for a really good matcha today and this place popped up with good reviews. I went in and the coffee shop was really nice and clean, relaxing atmosphere. Perfect place to grab a drink and work. Plenty of space inside and outside. I was greeted by KAI, great customer service!!!! He was funny and provided greater recommendations. I settled on the one of the Matcha Signature drinks “Golden Matcha” which had honey, Carmel, cinnamon all can say is this drink was DELICIOUS!!!!!!! I would definitely order again!!!”

I received such awesome customer service from the moment I approached the drive through all the way until I was handed my coffee! “Updated review: I am giving 4 stars so I don’t “affect the business”. The reason for the loss of a star was the way the second call was handled: cutting me off and telling me my review was the reason the business was being affected.

I went into the store to receive a cash refund for the remaining amount I was still owed, and they offered a complimentary drink, which I appreciate. The Horchata boba is delicious! The employee that was there at the time was great!

I just wish this had been handled a bit better. I shouldn't have had to deal with attitude, calls being hung up on, and the overall issue with their system not being able to issue a full refund—which is the real thing affecting the business.

1st review: DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU BEFORE CHECKING TO MAKE SURE THEY CAN PROVIDE YOUR ORDER, AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR TIP AMOUNT. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE HUNG UP ON ME MULTIPLE TIMES.”

“I love the drinks I get here. My family gets brown sugar boba (sometimes with traditional boba, sometimes with coffee jelly) and I get the Ube milk tea or the Thai milk tea. They’re always delicious, with friendly service.

The owner is always patient with my questions when I want to try something new. The rose tea, matcha and the coconut milk tea are also in my rotation.

The claw machine is fun too, not expensive and quite easy to win a prize.”

“The place is inside a gas station. However, their tacos are absolutely delicious. It is a little on the expensive side but once in a while it is worth to stop by. They get quite a bit busy. Though they try to be on top of their orders so the customer doesn't wait so long, still plan ahead to spare extra time if you're able to, just in case.”
