MAPLE TAQUERIA is a small, clean place connected to a gas station with its own side entrance. The food is great and probably the best deal in the area. Chicken fajitas, steak quesadilla, and the taco special 4 tacos (steak) with rice and bean are popular choices. The steak is seasoned great. Not on the menu, but they have breakfast tacos, like a ham and egg breakfast taco on a thick, fresh-made soft corn tortilla. They also have horchata, but need to add Tamarindo. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The entire staff is kind, supportive, and genuinely caring. One customer had an absolutely phenomenal experience when the staff went above and beyond to help after a car accident. Highly recommended for the food, service, and the humanity they show.
