“Had a business dinner there and it was very nice. Our server was great, and the accommodated adding a person to our table who was unexpected. They also did a wonderful job with a birthday dessert for someone in our group.
The food was fantastic as were the drinks. The only complaint I have was the noise level in the main dinging where we were sitting. There were 8 of us at the table and it was difficult to hear each other.“

“Awesome friendly place with great food/drink/and great service from a very caring staff. This great Mexican cuisine comes top down from Lynn and Dave-awesome hardworking partners/owners who make sure you'll come back again and again- we have for several years now at least weekly. Parties/ events is another specialty for these folks- we hosted a very special family occasion there on the patio and will never forget it! Bonus: great live music on the patio most weekend nights. We highly recommend!“

“I just went for the first time this week because of their great costumer service when providing (pre-paid) meals to the Argyle HS football players. I was impressed by son’s reviews and how much care they take with the orders. So I went in to pick up dinner for my family and we all enjoyed our meal, I ordered a steak bowl, chicken bowl and cheese quesadilla. I’m so glad we have this option in town.“

“I dined at the Mi Cocina on MacArthur, and the customer service was top tier!!!!!! I wore a complicated outfit and the nice female manager assisted me in the bathroom with my clothes and engaged me in conversation, and she ensured that my dining experience was amazing!!!!! Now that is customer service!!!!!!! The food was amazing, the server was fast and friendly. I came all the way from Virginia to eat at MiCocina since I had it years ago, and I will definitely be back!!!!!!“

“Today I had the best experience. I love coming to eat here. The Food is always good the customer service is very good. Today I had two encounters with Jarad and the Manager Desmond who made sure me and my family was well taken care of. Today was very busy when I came in but was greeted right away, there was a small wait time but once I was seated everything came out right away. The food was fresh and Hot. Desmond came over to my table to see how my visit was and I let him know great as usual. Please if you go to this location ask for Jarad and Desmond.“

“We had such a great experience at Lupe Tortilla! Our waiter, Kenyon, and the manager, Chris, were both incredibly attentive and provided excellent service.
What really stood out to us was Chris’s attention to detail and genuine care for the customer experience.
My sister noticed that the tortillas tasted and looked a little different from what we’re used to at the Houston locations, so she asked Chris if they had changed them. Without hesitation, he took it upon himself to personally make a tortilla to compare, and sure enough, it looked just like the ones we were familiar with from Houston!
We absolutely did not expect him to go out of his way to do that, let alone make one himself. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much he cares about the quality of the food and making sure customers have a great experience. It’s rare to see that level of initiative and attention to detail, and it genuinely blew us away.
Huge shoutout to Kenyon and Chris for making our visit so memorable! We’ll definitely be back. 😊“

“I was given a gift çard to eat at this restaurant. I went there with dear friends of mine à few years ago & it was Terrible. last night Wednesday June, 21 2023. I decided to give them another try. OMG!! My waitress Julia was à beautiful young lady as SWEET as could be. the food was great. To say it was Much better service & Atmosphere. I spoke with a manager Jimmy to tell him this way better than the last time. A big shout out to my waitress Julia. Thank you for your service. IF I had to change anything it would be Not to make the Sala so spicy hot.“

“I stumbled upon Jackie's when I was in Dallas for work. Now, every time I'm in Dallas, I make sure to go there for breakfast. Their food is seriously delicious, the portions are huge, and the staff are always super friendly and on top of things. You gotta try the biscuit and gravy. Yeah, just one biscuit. “SHOUT OUT to Romo an employee at Chili's Grill & Bar in Irving, TX for his amazing customer service. We had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with this young man while having a really good piece of Salmon. Mr. Romo, handled the bar area with 8 tables during the time we visited and enjoyed our food. His customer service was good good it seemed as if there were two (2) of him. “I wish I had taken pictures, but the food was amazing. It was my daughter's birthday and she chose Chili's. I won't say we were extremely excited about it, either way. But we were pleasantly surprised by the food. The burgers were excellent, the fries were phenomenal. I don't know what they do but they were really good. And service was excellent. It was a Sunday so football was on of course and enjoyed that. We will go back!!“

“Absolutely delish food! Drinks were strong as hell and atmosphere was fun for a friendly girlfriend catch-up.
Just be aware the prices are higher. For 2 people sharing one appetizer, one alcoholic drink each, one main dish each, and a generous tip, the total was above $90. Very yummy, just be aware!“
