I called ahead to ask questions because I have a lot of dietary restrictions. Manager was super nice, asked lots of questions to make sure I could enjoy my time there. Even stopped by the table after we got our food to make sure it was all up to par.

“Family of 4 here. 2 toddlers. The staff here made me feel like I was back at home with my familia. They catered to my kids, let them try horchata like I did when I was their age. The shredded brisket tacos tasted like the brisket was smoked that morning. Rice and beans were top tier for the girls and the breakfast egg cheese and potato plate was a solid addition for the wife. We aren’t typically out this way because we live in Denton but I will tell you, if it’s around lunch time or happy hour and we are, we will stop here.

This great Mexican cuisine comes top down from Lynn and Dave-awesome hardworking partners/owners who make sure you'll come back again and again- we have for several years now at least weekly. Parties/ events is another specialty for these folks- we hosted a very special family occasion there on the patio and will never forget it! Bonus: great live music on the patio most weekend nights. We highly recommend!“

I do appreciate the labels for the dietary needs but vegetarian should also be. I had called prior to booking and has been told there were numerous options but without labels, makes it difficult what actually is. So that was disappointing!“

“I catered Fajita meat, both chicken and beef, (trays) and tacos from Fajita Pete's, Carrollton location for my husbands 60th birthday party. They gave me much more food than I was expecting and everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. The pricing is excellent after seeing the amount of food they send. Aden S. (The General Manager) sent the trays of Fajita with plenty of vegetables and all the sides items to make the fajitas such as sour cream, cheese, lettuce, salsa, beans, rice, plenty of chips and delicious guacamole. The tray of taco's was stuffed with a large amount of food. I had asked for Gluten Free food to be kept in a separate tray which it was. Plus he sent me a huge stack of corn tortillas. My son pickup my order and it was hot, packed neat, very clean and was ready for pickup. Adan S. even helped me out with the chafing trays and burners, which made life easier on me. I received so many complements from my guest on how delicious and fresh everything tasted. I can't say enough about how great the food is. More importantly how nice and easy Adan and his staff made this event for me. I had about 55 people to feed and I had plenty of food. I would highly recommend the Fajita Pete's, Carrollton location. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful making my husbands' 60th birthday party a huge success. Stop by and try their food. I think you will love every bit!“
