Never have a bad time at Gloria's. Carne asada was one of the best things we have eaten in a while. Cooked perfectly. My Adobe pork was an 8/10. Great, but a touch dry. I could bathe in the black bean soup. Great drinks, but I could really, really use a few cocktails on the menu that aren't all fruity or sweet. But the cocktails we did have were fire. Whenever I'm in town I have to hit Gloria's if I have time. The bean dip, the queso, the salsa, perfect start to a meal. My favorite dish is the Pollo con Champinones, it is so good. Even after being gone for a year then coming back it still hits. My husband had the enchiladas, not pictured as I forgot to get one before he destroyed his plate and my daughter had the pupusas. The service is always great and the atmosphere is nice, it does get loud as the tables are fairly close...read full review
