The staff is very attentive and so is management. They are checking on you without being intrusive. They make you feel special if you're celebrating a special occasion. I haven't found anything that has disappointed. The burgers are very good. The chicken fried chicken is excellent, as are the steaks. My son loved the prime rib. Personal favorite is the small filet and augratin potatoes, the house salad, and the double chocolate dessert. The staff goes out of their way to thank you for coming in when you're leaving. They are pleasant and everyone has a smile on their face.”

“I go to Fuzzy's a LOT, different locations from all over the DFW area. Ones in Roanoke and Flower Mound and Lewisville are great, but sometimes the staffing is thin and when the folks ahead of me order an "adult beverage" the cashier has to make it and the line kinda bogs down - four friends getting margaritas seems to add ten minutes to my wait and I really can't afford that as I only get a half hour for my lunch break.
I haven't forgotten how in 2020 the corporate account Tweeted an insult to President Trump, and by inference his supporters like myself, but the local franchise crews don't bother me so much.”

Parking: There is two rows of parking. One is smaller and next to the parking lot window. The other is larger but across from the building. I would recommend going through the takeout line in your car instead. It can get packed during rush hours.”

“I ordered my coffee online like usual. The dive-thru was very backed up so I decided to pick it up inside and wow! They were getting murdered! I felt so bad for the young lady that was making the drinks. She was alone! She was also the only person acknowledging guests walking in and saying “hi, I will be right with you!”. The lady at the window sounded very kind but I feel like she could have asked the window to hold one minute and help with the orders? Not sure how Starbucks works but that seemed like the intelligent thing to do. There was another very young girl on food and she looked completely lost. Not acknowledging the guests walking in, not offering assistance not even offering to ring up any of the 4 parties in the store. Definitely understaffed. I wanted to jump back there and help so bad!
Anyways, kudos to the barista actually making the coffees. She was working on 9/5 at 6:45am. I think she should be recognized!! If I could say one thing, I wish she acknowledged the guests standing at the pick-up area. All of us needed simple things. (Drink holder). Understandable though. That looked like a “walking out” shift for sure.”

They have a great steak deal on Thursday’s, check it out! 4.5 ⭐️”
