I left my lunch at home and needed something that would keep me within my macros! Here comes TruFit to save the day! I walked in and she greeted me with "HEY MY FRIEND!!" I knew from that moment this experience was going to be great!! You could just tell from the atmosphere! Ambiance 10/10! Then she asked me what would I like? I tried truefit food for the very first time today and omg it’s sooo good. The seared salmon with grilled pineapple sauce,basmati rice and mixed veggies hit the spot. This is amazing for someone that’s on the go all the time. I have 7 kids and this would be amazing for a night I do not want to cook. Will definitely order some more of this amazing food.

Incredible food! I’ve gotten the plant based options and the regular items and they both are wonderful. I was skeptical to try this place because I’ve tried other meal prep places and they were underwhelming, but Trufit foods is delicious and I keep coming back. On top of that, the customer service is unmatched. They really take care of you here. I have dietary restrictions and they always honor that as well.
