Incredible food! I’ve gotten the plant based options and the regular items and they both are wonderful. I was skeptical to try this place because I’ve tried other meal prep places and they were underwhelming, but Trufit foods is delicious and I keep coming back. On top of that, the customer service is unmatched. They really take care of you here. I have dietary restrictions and they always honor that as well.

I left my lunch at home and needed something that would keep me within my macros! Here comes TruFit to save the day! I walked in and she greeted me with "HEY MY FRIEND!!" I knew from that moment this experience was going to be great!! You could just tell from the atmosphere! Ambiance 10/10! Then she asked me what would I like? All I said was 7-7.5 oz of ground beef less than 10g carbs and fats could be what ever. She can back with this deliciousness!! My mouth was watering before the first bite from the amazing aroma!! I have no idea what the sauce is that she gave me but it is legit phenomenal! And she gave me platinum silverware 10/10 would recommend!

I tried truefit food for the very first time today and omg it’s sooo good. The seared salmon with grilled pineapple sauce,basmati rice and mixed veggies hit the spot. This is amazing for someone that’s on the go all the time. I have 7 kids and this would be amazing for a night I do not want to cook. Will definitely order some more of this amazing food.

Strongly recommend! We absolutely love this healthy-on-the-go meal prep joint for the times we do not cook at home! The owner is amazing! She puts her hard work and heart into the meals and You can definitely taste it. Other members of the team are also nice and accommodating. The joint is not very fancy however still has a cozy family vibe going which we do appreciate. Thank You all for "having our back" while we do not meal prep ourselves! ~ Ash & Justy

The mandocas were delicious. ❤️Empanadas ???The Cheese pastelitos are ok.They sell a delicious artisanal cheese and this cheese alone is the only reason I'm giving this restaurant 3 stars.I was approached by a big guy in regards to the food. I told him I didn't like the empanadas and instead of asking me why I didn't like it he proceeded to tell me that in Maracaibo they don't like soft empanadas in a rude tone. The filling was salty AF. My empanada was hard enough to build a foundation, so I guess they like concrete-like empanadas.Hopefully, they'll learn how to not disrespect they clients in the near future.

Our family is super busy (work/school/lots of activities), so these meals have been so helpful! I have been purchasing for well over a month now! The food is high quality and better tasting than other local meal services. There is also great variety week over week, so you don’t get tired of the same meals. You can tell these meals are made by a chef (better than I could ever make). Definitely worth the money and local delivery fee. Highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: Kids love both the kids meals and the normal meals!

Absolutely delicious!! Bought a walk in meal and the quality of service and food exceeded my expectations. Very welcoming staff, and the Food tastes fresh, is cooked fresh, perfectly seasoned with a balance of flavor (I did not feel the meals lacked salt or were salty it was just perfect!)Juicy succulent chicken, and there was nothing I did not like.
