“Food and service have been hit and miss over the years. However, I have seen an improvement during that same time and a positive trend which is welcomed.
Specifically though, I wanted to recognize Lynelle and her wonderful customer service. During a recent visit, she saw me waiting in line, stopped cleaning tables, and rushed over to help me (even though the person in front of me would be done soon and the other employee would be available). She was very friendly throughout the encounter and brightened my day, so I wanted to give her kudos. Reminded me of how good customer service used to be. Well done, Lynelle and thank you!“
