“Typical Panda Express location. Workers were very friendly and the manager even made sure to add more to my bowl because it seemed a little smaller without me saying anything. Price for a bowl is $20 so be sure to account for the airport pricing. Seating is a little awkward but the lines move quickly and the food is great. Overall a good experience.“

“This place is amazing and we always coms here during our visit to NorthPark Mall. The honey walnut shrimp is delicious. I order that with the chow mein noodles... mm soo good! Their lemonades are amazing. My kid and I got different ones and we found both flavors delicious.“

“5 stars for this Panda Express. The line moved fast even during the lunch rush, and the food was hot and fresh, not sitting under the heat lamp for an hour like some locations.

I got the Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef, both cooked well and not greasy. Rice was fluffy, portions were generous, and the staff didn't rush me or skimp when I asked for extra veggies.

Clean dining area, easy parking, and the order was correct the first time. This is my go to spot now.“

I tried the shrimp and the steak; the steak was very high quality and had a nice little kick to it, which might be a bit spicy for those who prefer mild flavors. “This South Dallas location is situated in a nice green area. The restaurant was tidy with clean counters and no trash, though the windows could use a quick wipe-down to remove some fingerprints.
​The line moved fast, and the staff was very polite. We ordered a Bigger Plate so we could try the Dynamite Chicken. Because there wasn't quite enough left in the pan for a full portion, I agreed to wait seven minutes for a fresh batch. About ten minutes later, a highly professional team member named Jay came over to apologize and let me know they were actually completely sold out of the Dynamite Chicken for the year, as the promotion had just ended.
​Jay handled the mix-up perfectly and offered a refund or a substitution. To keep things easy, I just swapped it for Orange and Teriyaki Chicken for my husband. As someone who eats pescatarian, I do wish Panda Express offered a wider variety of meat-free entrees, but I made sure to get two orders of my absolute favorite: the Honey Walnut Shrimp.
​To make up for the wait, I asked if they might include a couple of complimentary crab rangoons, and Jay happily obliged. It was a great customer service touch that I really appreciated.
​Now for the food itself: it was delicious! The portions were generous, and everything was yummy. My husband loved his chicken, and my shrimp was perfect as always. Supergreens and chow main are both a great side combo. We also tried the veggie rolls, which were great!
​I’m surprised to see the low ratings for this location because the service I received from Jay was fantastic and the food really hit the spot. Overall, it was a very good experience, and we will definitely be back!“

“Tanya at the cash register was absolutely amazing! I just wanted to take a moment to recognize her because she provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I let her know that the soda machine didn’t have CO₂, and instead of just brushing it off, she immediately made sure the manager was aware and even checked up on me afterward to make sure everything was taken care of.

Honestly, I was originally just thinking about getting some water because I didn’t want to bother anyone or make a big deal about the soda machine. But Tanya made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. She was friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure I was good. It’s those little things that really make a difference when you’re dining somewhere.

I really appreciate the way she treated me and the effort she put into making sure I had a good experience. Customer service like that deserves to be recognized, and I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Tanya is the best, and employees like her are a big reason people want to come back.

“Tried Panda Express again and went with a different combo this time just to switch things up. I got the honey sesame chicken, broccoli beef, fried rice, and chow mein, and honestly everything was pretty solid. The honey sesame chicken had a nice sweet flavor without being too much, and the broccoli beef was actually one of my favorites. The veggies still had a little crunch to them, which was nice. The portions were generous, so I definitely got my money’s worth and left full lol. The employees were friendly, the line moved pretty quick, and my food was fresh when I got it. The place was clean and had a pretty chill atmosphere. It’s definitely not fancy dining, but when you want something quick, affordable, and filling, Panda Express gets the job done. I’d definitely stop by again when I’m craving some orange chicken or just need a quick meal.“

I went with the orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, chow mein, and fried rice, and everything was hot and fresh. The orange chicken was crispy and had that sweet, tangy flavor that always hits, while the shrimp was actually one of my favorites. The chow mein had a good amount of flavor and wasn’t overly greasy, which I appreciated. The portions were solid too, so I definitely left full without spending a crazy amount. The staff was friendly, got my food out pretty quick, and the whole place was clean and organized. Nothing fancy, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want when you’re just hungry and need something quick. Overall, this location definitely left a good impression, and I’d pull up again whenever I’m craving some Panda.“
