“Perfectly acceptable, price was reasonable, nothing tasted fresh, but it also didn’t taste too stale or old

Everything had a good Farmer mouth feel to it you know kept warm, nothing out of the ordinary or special, but very consistent and a safe option while traveling“

“This South Dallas location is situated in a nice green area. The restaurant was tidy with clean counters and no trash, though the windows could use a quick wipe-down to remove some fingerprints.
​The line moved fast, and the staff was very polite. We ordered a Bigger Plate so we could try the Dynamite Chicken. Because there wasn't quite enough left in the pan for a full portion, I agreed to wait seven minutes for a fresh batch. About ten minutes later, a highly professional team member named Jay came over to apologize and let me know they were actually completely sold out of the Dynamite Chicken for the year, as the promotion had just ended.
​Jay handled the mix-up perfectly and offered a refund or a substitution. To keep things easy, I just swapped it for Orange and Teriyaki Chicken for my husband. As someone who eats pescatarian, I do wish Panda Express offered a wider variety of meat-free entrees, but I made sure to get two orders of my absolute favorite: the Honey Walnut Shrimp.
​To make up for the wait, I asked if they might include a couple of complimentary crab rangoons, and Jay happily obliged. It was a great customer service touch that I really appreciated.
​Now for the food itself: it was delicious! The portions were generous, and everything was yummy. My husband loved his chicken, and my shrimp was perfect as always. Supergreens and chow main are both a great side combo. We also tried the veggie rolls, which were great!
​I’m surprised to see the low ratings for this location because the service I received from Jay was fantastic and the food really hit the spot. Overall, it was a very good experience, and we will definitely be back!“

“The customer service I experienced was so great, I forgot my shopping bag there and the next day I called the store if my item is there. The way he handled everything was amazing, On July 1,2024 I got my item but most of all his politeness and professionalism was amazing.“

“Tried Panda Express again and went with a different combo this time just to switch things up. I got the honey sesame chicken, broccoli beef, fried rice, and chow mein, and honestly everything was pretty solid. The honey sesame chicken had a nice sweet flavor without being too much, and the broccoli beef was actually one of my favorites. The veggies still had a little crunch to them, which was nice. The portions were generous, so I definitely got my money’s worth and left full lol. The employees were friendly, the line moved pretty quick, and my food was fresh when I got it. The place was clean and had a pretty chill atmosphere. It’s definitely not fancy dining, but when you want something quick, affordable, and filling, Panda Express gets the job done. I’d definitely stop by again when I’m craving some orange chicken or just need a quick meal.“

The orange chicken was crispy, sweet, and had that little kick that makes it hard to stop eating lol. The chow mein was flavorful and went really well with the chicken, and the portions were definitely enough to fill me up. The staff was friendly, moved the line pretty quickly, and got my order together without any issues. The place was clean and had a casual, no-frills vibe, which is perfect when you’re just trying to grab something quick. For the price and amount of food you get, it’s honestly hard to complain. Nothing fancy, but it definitely hits when you’re craving some quick Chinese-style food. I’d definitely pull up again when I’m hungry and need something fast.“

What stood out from Yesenia is how professional and poised she remained while taking an order from a disrespectful male customer. She handled that perfectly and to make it better she proceeded to greet me and the rest of the customers with a big radiant smile. Now that's customer service at its finest. “Tried Panda Express at a different location this time and honestly had a pretty good experience. I went with the orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, chow mein, and fried rice, and everything was hot and fresh. The orange chicken was crispy and had that sweet, tangy flavor that always hits, while the shrimp was actually one of my favorites. The chow mein had a good amount of flavor and wasn’t overly greasy, which I appreciated. The portions were solid too, so I definitely left full without spending a crazy amount. The staff was friendly, got my food out pretty quick, and the whole place was clean and organized. Nothing fancy, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want when you’re just hungry and need something quick. Overall, this location definitely left a good impression, and I’d pull up again whenever I’m craving some Panda.“
