As a regular customer to your establishment, today was not a great experience.The food was good but the service today was not,I asked to sample a new item on the menu and was denied and the reason was due to Covid. Didn’t catch her name but seemed avoid with the question.However the cashier Maely was very nice and helpful.
Definitely one of the most inconsistent panda expresses I’ve ever been in. I’ve been here multiple times , portions of food always varies customer service also depends on who working, pleasant at tills , and horrible at times . Some days the food is really fresh and sometimes it feels like it’s been sitting there for hours till your order was placed to get rid of the old food. ??♂️??♂️??♂️
