“Came in right before closing and Donovan was working the closing shift. Instead of rushing me out or handing me stale food, he made sure everything was fresh and hot. He greeted me with a genuine smile and made the whole thing feel easy, not rushed at all. “HOLY CRAP!! We’ve been here before and had okay experiences, BUT tonight the young girl working was so sweet and such high energy, especially for it being 10:30pm. We called ahead to make sure they were still open, see what they still had and Jannett answered all our questions with such a great attitude!
In the past, employees we’ve interacted with didn’t seem happy to get here but this was different. I still do not like that they have to take our phone when we pay with Apple Pay through the drive thru, but with an attitude as positive as hers, I don’t mind so much.
