“Update from prior review.... The atmosphere and service continues to be amazing! Shelby is a kind and happy bartender that makes one heck of an old fashioned! Darian the other bartender made my first one and it was a 10! Both of them are wonderful! Bobby the service staff manager is funny and makes you feel like an old friend. Tell him star wars is better than star trek and you might have a debate on your hands! I had the 30oz porkchop and its no joke! The team in the kitchen have some sort of magic! I took the bones home because the public is not ready to see me chew away all the tender goodness from them. And the glaze is to die for! Michelle is a fun and well dressed character. Great place food to die for and an amazing staff! Thanks for a great evening!....... original post below......

“I had an amazing visit to one of my favorite steakhouses— Bob's in Grapevine. I don't typically take my 9 year old, but was unable to locate a sitter and WOW, I was floored by how accommodating the management and servers were during our entire meal!! I was so grateful for their kindness and care taking. I already loved Bob's for their delicious food, service, and ambiance, but after this experience they are my number one from now on!“

“Mac’s on Main was SO good! We made a reservation for two on a Tuesday night, but honestly it wasn’t necessary because it wasn’t very busy. The staff were so sweet, kind, and attentive throughout our visit.

We started with the cheese board and then had the Wagyu meatballs and scallops, along with the house Cabernet. Everything was very good! Even opting for seafood in Texas, the scallops did not disappoint.

The prices were also very reasonable for the quality and atmosphere. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and there was plenty of parking, including additional parking in the back.“

She deserves more praise than I have words for. Never in our dining experiences have we met someone so kind and efficient! “Hands down the best meal I have ever had! ( I’ve always been a fan of Dallas’ Old Warsaw and Ft Worths Del Frisco). Perry’s outshined them by far. Food was superb and our server Maddison was exceptional. This is a dining experience one can hope to have.“

“We visited SaltGrass Steak House in May 2025. We wanted the stereotypical steak, while we were on our short visit to Texas. This place did not disappoint. It is a Texas-themed steak house, which was exactly what we were seeking. The ambience is fun with a deep nod to the history of the state. The background music is quiet enough to permit conversation – which I found to be a lot more considerate than a number of other restaurants I have experienced nearby. There is a lot of Texas memorabilia on the walls, which was fun to look at. The food was outstanding. We tried some appetizers prior to our entrees. I can’t fault them. They were tasty and good value for money. Our entrees, the steaks, were perfect! If you want to taste “bliss” a visit to this place is highly advised. I hoped to sample the desserts but, because the appetizers and entrees were so delicious there was, sadly, no room. Gabe was our server. He was an absolute sweetheart. He was fun, friendly, and professional – and bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we needed. I can’t speak highly enough of this young man. To top it off, during conversation, he revealed that he has served our country in the military, and that he is a veteran. Thank you for your service, young sir. (If you visit this establishment, I hope you have the good luck to be assigned to one of Gabe’s tables!) To summarize: Ambience: 10/10 Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Value for Money: 10/10 Would I recommend this place? Absolutely, yes, in a heartbeat!“

“Visited them for dinner and had a pleasant experience overall. Our server was really sweet, friendly, and helpful, and the place was clean and well maintained.

The food was decent, although I ordered my burger medium rare and it came out closer to medium, with some parts looking more medium well. That was a little disappointing, but overall the meal was still okay. The friendly service definitely made the experience better. Would still recommend giving them a try!“

“Ate in the bar area at outback last night and it was the first time in a long time I've witnessed employees genuinely smiling and taking care of customers. Also saw the teamwork of they helping each other if someone needed something and their server was busy. Food was great but so refreshing to see happy employees!“
