“We visited SaltGrass Steak House in May 2025. We wanted the stereotypical steak, while we were on our short visit to Texas. This place did not disappoint. It is a Texas-themed steak house, which was exactly what we were seeking. The ambience is fun with a deep nod to the history of the state. The background music is quiet enough to permit conversation – which I found to be a lot more considerate than a number of other restaurants I have experienced nearby. There is a lot of Texas memorabilia on the walls, which was fun to look at. The food was outstanding. We tried some appetizers prior to our entrees. I can’t fault them. They were tasty and good value for money. Our entrees, the steaks, were perfect! If you want to taste “bliss” a visit to this place is highly advised. I hoped to sample the desserts but, because the appetizers and entrees were so delicious there was, sadly, no room. Gabe was our server. He was an absolute sweetheart. He was fun, friendly, and professional – and bent over backwards to ensure we had everything we needed. I can’t speak highly enough of this young man. To top it off, during conversation, he revealed that he has served our country in the military, and that he is a veteran. Thank you for your service, young sir. (If you visit this establishment, I hope you have the good luck to be assigned to one of Gabe’s tables!) To summarize: Ambience: 10/10 Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Value for Money: 10/10 Would I recommend this place? Absolutely, yes, in a heartbeat!“

“Stillwell's was an excellent experience. We enjoyed the crab cake Oscar, grilled octopus, and beef dumplings as an appetizer. The beef dumplings were the best I've ever had. The sauce was superb; we couldn't stop dipping the bread in it. The 16 oz ribeye and lamb chops were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The service was exceptional. We will definitely make another reservation soon.“

“Our first time here and super impressed. Our server, Jorge, went above and beyond with his friendly yet professional service. He ensures you're ordering what you mean to. The chicken fried lobster appetizer was PHENOMENAL!!! 🙌 I wish I got a pic of it but I devoured it too quickly. 🤭 The NY strip was tasty, even better with the Bone Marrow butter to go on top. “I had an amazing visit to one of my favorite steakhouses— Bob's in Grapevine. I don't typically take my 9 year old, but was unable to locate a sitter and WOW, I was floored by how accommodating the management and servers were during our entire meal!! I was so grateful for their kindness and care taking. I already loved Bob's for their delicious food, service, and ambiance, but after this experience they are my number one from now on!“

One of the managers even stopped by our table to chat for a bit, which added a really personal touch and made us feel taken care of. The highlight of the night was the Battle Axe ribeye, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. If you’re a steak lover, this is a must-order. Between the amazing food, warm hospitality, and the energetic atmosphere, Town Hearth delivered a top-tier dining experience. “Cut & Bourbon is a great breakfast place! I’d recommend you go here before 10 o’clock because that’s when the Rush is. My family ordered the seasonal fruit bowl with Greek yogurt, house fries with ketchup, Caprese, avocado with a side of roasted fingerlings, and the shakshuka verde without the chorizo. Our waitress was happy and spoke to us about the plants at the restaurant.

“Eating here was nothing short of amazing! My table was not ready at first, so the host directed me to the bar to have a drink and/or some appetizers. I went to the bar to have a cocktail known as The Diamond which was so nice and smooth. My table ended up being ready after 15 minutes after which I was directed to by the hostess downstairs. Ms. Debbie was my server and Mr. David assisted her. They were absolutely wonderful! They both very attentive, professional, and nice! They made my evening! All of the staff were wonderful! I had the Lobster bisque which was so smooth and creamy. I then had the central cut filet mignon which I asked to be butterflied and served with the famous Diane sauce on the side. I also had a half portion of the asparagus and mashed potatoes. All of the food was so delicious! I also had two strawberry lemon drops which were absolutely gorgeous! I would have tried dessert, but I was full after everything I had! I will be going back to eat at this restaurant when I go back to visit, and I will definitely try something on the dessert menu the next time around!“

“Mac’s on Main was SO good! We made a reservation for two on a Tuesday night, but honestly it wasn’t necessary because it wasn’t very busy. The staff were so sweet, kind, and attentive throughout our visit.

We started with the cheese board and then had the Wagyu meatballs and scallops, along with the house Cabernet. Everything was very good! Even opting for seafood in Texas, the scallops did not disappoint.

The prices were also very reasonable for the quality and atmosphere. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and there was plenty of parking, including additional parking in the back.“

“I love it there, sometimes I can’t get there until 9:30 PM, and they are always nice and friendly to me, and the food comes out quick! Joel is usually my server, and he is the absolute best.
