Delicious! Our server Payton was awesome. I had an upset stomach, and wanted to order a ginger ale or sprite. Payton asked if my order was due to a stomach ache, and made me a specialty ginger beer with bitters! So sweet and considerate. Incredible service. Thank you!
We frequent Live by Loews and that has a lot to do with Cut and Bourbon! I have food allergies, they go above and beyond to make safe, delicious meals. The food is excellent, the service is the same.
I have enjoyed food there every time and will be back again soon. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, all very well prepared!

Cut & Bourbon is easily one of the best restaurants in the Arlington area! Our server, Austin, was fantastic, and Chef Dhiraj did an amazing job. When we ordered the octopus, Chef Dhiraj personally checked whether we eat pork, a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. The cocktails, lamb chops, mac and cheese, and dessert were all outstanding. Highly recommend!
