“Took my wife here for her 40th bday. Food was 10/10 - especially the dumplings, steak, and mac & cheese. Service was slightly lacking considering the price, was hoping to chat with the chef since we had the tasting menu experience. Waiter was rushed, perhaps they were under-staffed? Ambiance/vibe was spectacular, wife loved the 'yellowstone' feel. Overall great experience, but will probably look elsewhere for tasting menu experiences in the future.“

One of the managers even stopped by our table to chat for a bit, which added a really personal touch and made us feel taken care of. The highlight of the night was the Battle Axe ribeye, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. “Exceptional Food and Service, Even for Takeout.

I recently placed a takeout order at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations.

I ordered the ribeye, cooked medium-well, and was genuinely impressed by how perfectly it was prepared. In my experience, many steakhouses struggle to get medium-well right, either overcooking the steak or serving it considerably less done than requested. I’ve even had instances where an undercooked steak was justified on the basis that it would supposedly taste better that way. While I can appreciate a chef’s preference, I believe a steak should ultimately be prepared to the guest’s liking, and Ruth’s Chris delivered precisely that.

Beyond the accuracy of the preparation, the steak itself was phenomenal. The flavor was exceptional, the seasoning was beautifully balanced, and every bite was thoroughly enjoyable. I would go so far as to say it was seasoned to perfection.

I also ordered the signature sweet potato casserole, and this was perhaps the biggest surprise of the evening. Having tried similar dishes at other well-known upscale steakhouse chains in the area, I wasn’t expecting anything particularly remarkable. However, after reading several glowing reviews of Ruth’s Chris’s version, my curiosity got the better of me.

I’m delighted it did.

The casserole was nothing short of magnificent. Rich, buttery, and wonderfully indulgent, each bite practically melted in my mouth. I can certainly understand how some might find it a little too sweet, but for my personal taste, it was just about perfect. It is easily one of the most memorable sweet potato casseroles I’ve had.

I’m already hoping this location offers takeout orders for the holidays, because I think I know exactly what I’d like to serve this upcoming holiday season.

Finally, the service deserves its own recognition. A solid 10 out of 10. Although I was only there to collect a takeout order, I was treated with genuine hospitality and received excellent service at the bar while waiting for my food. That level of attentiveness, even toward someone who wasn’t dining in, speaks volumes about the establishment.

All in all, Ruth’s Chris delivered where it mattered most: exceptional food, careful preparation, and outstanding hospitality. I’ll certainly be returning.

“This place was way too quiet for how phenomenal the food and customer service was. The detail in the decor and table settings along with the low lighting, music and welcoming atmosphere make for the perfect experience. And the food is worth it’s weight in gold. Never in my life have I dined somewhere where the chef managed to perfect the taste, texture and temperature of every single menu item. And we’ve dined all over the country from Alaska to here. The warm bread and garlic butter before your meal is just a small insight into the talent that is in this kitchen. We chose the $70 menu and added the lobster bisque. The bisque, escargot, caviar, bone out prime rib, beef Wellington, crème brûlée, and red velvet cake are out of this world. The Au gratin potatoes with the Wellington melt in your mouth. Even the baked potato with the prime rib came with your choice to top with real cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, fresh bacon and butter cubes and was cooked to perfection as well. My husband and I both ordered an old fashioned to drink and coming from an experienced bartender, those were made perfectly as well. They’re open every night of the week and it’s a good thing we don’t live closer cause we’d be here weekly!“
