“As somebody who has lived in DFW his entire life, attended countless events, worked with companies all over the Metroplex, and eaten at some of the best restaurants across the country, I'm honestly surprised it took me this long to come.

I’m going to say something you may not expect. The steak was outstanding, as good as I’ve had. But the hospitality? It’s been 24 hours and I’m still smiling. That was seriously service in the form of a performing art. I am blown away.

Our server, AB, was quite possibly the best server I've ever had. He greeted us both with a handshake, learned our names, paced the meal perfectly, checked in without hovering, served our sides throughout dinner, and somehow managed to make a busy dining room feel personal. Jessica was convinced to step outside her normal filet comfort zone and order the filet cap (spinalis), one of the most prized cuts of beef available. The recommendation was perfect and she loved it.

What really impressed me was that every recommendation felt genuine and was presented with logic. Nothing felt like an upsell. Everything felt like guidance from someone who wanted us to have the best possible experience. AB was our steakhouse Sherpa.

I don’t want to downplay the quality of the food itself. The steaks were remarkably good, the menu was deep and diverse, and pretty much anything we ate was exceptional. You can’t eat bad food here. But great food is not actually why this place is famous. It’s now obvious to me how Al Biernat's earned the reputation. It was service that made us truly feel like the most important guests in the restaurant.

In a time where most restaurants are trying to automate, streamline, and speed everything up, Al Biernat's reminded me that the ultimate form of luxury is still just a human being who genuinely cares about your experience. We will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“If you order an item with Truffles prepare for a delightful meal. You wont have to search for the flavor, smell or the actual truffle.... your dish will have so much truffle - it was delishious. The steaks were also amazing. We really enjoyed Oscar... he paced our meal so we were never rushed or waited to long.“

Marcos Ruiz took really good care of us and recommended the Texas Hill Country Quail Medallion and the Burrata Tomato salad with a vinaigrette reduction—both were super fresh and full of flavor. Super delicious. For dinner, we had steak with bone marrow butter and salmon with rich sun-dried tomato, roasted garlic & cilantro butter, both cooked perfectly. You can really tell the food is made fresh to order, and the quality shines in every bite—the tx asparagus, potatoes, and wild rice were out of this world as well. Marcos also surprised us with a special dessert design for our anniversary, which made the night feel even more special. Overall, the chef did an amazing job, as did Marcos, whom we requested in advance, and served us with so much enthusiasm and care that made our night, and the whole experience felt thoughtful and memorable.“

I ordered the dry-aged ribeye, crusted with peppercorn, and it was exceptional. Perfectly cooked, deeply flavorful, and incredibly tender—the knife didn’t cut through it, it glided. Each bite delivered that rich, buttery depth steak lovers chase. My wife ordered the filet mignon, and it was just as impressive—cooked to the perfect temperature, incredibly tender, and full of flavor. We sampled each other’s steaks, and the reaction was instant—one of those unspoken “this is special” moments that great food creates.

We also ordered several family-style sides to complement the meal, and they were just as impressive—well-prepared, generous, and full of flavor.

The ambiance is smooth and inviting, creating a relaxed yet upscale environment that enhances the entire experience. As someone who’s enjoyed steakhouses across the country, I can confidently say this one sets a high standard.

“I had an incredible experience at Town Hearth. From the moment we sat down, the service was outstanding…attentive without being overbearing and genuinely welcoming. One of the managers even stopped by our table to chat for a bit, which added a really personal touch and made us feel taken care of. The highlight of the night was the Battle Axe ribeye, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and easily one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. “This place was way too quiet for how phenomenal the food and customer service was. The detail in the decor and table settings along with the low lighting, music and welcoming atmosphere make for the perfect experience. And the food is worth it’s weight in gold. Never in my life have I dined somewhere where the chef managed to perfect the taste, texture and temperature of every single menu item. And we’ve dined all over the country from Alaska to here. The warm bread and garlic butter before your meal is just a small insight into the talent that is in this kitchen. We chose the $70 menu and added the lobster bisque. The bisque, escargot, caviar, bone out prime rib, beef Wellington, crème brûlée, and red velvet cake are out of this world. The Au gratin potatoes with the Wellington melt in your mouth. Even the baked potato with the prime rib came with your choice to top with real cheddar cheese, sour cream, green onions, fresh bacon and butter cubes and was cooked to perfection as well. My husband and I both ordered an old fashioned to drink and coming from an experienced bartender, those were made perfectly as well. They’re open every night of the week and it’s a good thing we don’t live closer cause we’d be here weekly!“

“Went March 2026 for happy hour this is one of the best deals around because you get the same portion sizes for the apps they are not smaller sizes like some places do for happy hour . Most apps are 50% off and cocktails 2.00 off. The server was very attentive. I had the dragon fruit margarita that I sent back because it was too alcohol heavy for me and got the Malibu Peach instead which is delicious if you like sweet cocktails (rum based reminds me of a rum punch in a way) the server had no issues switching them out for me. The apps were all good we had spinach dip, cheese curds, and pepperoni pizza the portions were enough for 2 to share we had some food left and took the rest of the pizza home. The food was fresh and service good. I would go again“

“I love it there, sometimes I can’t get there until 9:30 PM, and they are always nice and friendly to me, and the food comes out quick! Joel is usually my server, and he is the absolute best. Julio didn’t serve me, but he is also a pretty cool cat. Hope his hand heals soon. My favorite thing I had this last time was that pumpkin crème brûlée. Holy cow that was amazing!!“
