Steakyard Dallas is a great restaurant with a simple menu that covers all the bases. The food is delicious and the wine selection offers great value. The Caesar salad with Little Gem lettuce is outstanding, and the Coulotte Steak is superb, cooked rare and very tender. The Pomme Frites are hot and crisp, and the prices are moderate for the quality and ambiance. The restaurant has plenty of space, well-spaced tables, and a pleasant staff. While some dishes like the beef tartare and the crab-stuffed Branzino with truffle cauliflower risotto were a bit rich for one reviewer's taste, the ribeye steak cooked perfectly with a peppercorn sauce. The atmosphere is classy and welcoming, with natural lighting and friendly staff.
