This was my first time stopping in this particular location in about 3 years. I was shocked by how much it has changed, it's really nice! I was greeted by a lady with glasses. I understand that they get busy but she could not wait to get rid of me. I asked for two pastries a chocolate croissant, a lemon pound cake and one drink. The lady who gave me my drink was really nice and sweet. When I got my lemon pound cake a noticed that it was still in the plastic wrap and not warm up....read full review

I always come here & I’ve always had a good experience. I placed a mobile order online for the first time & accidentally messed up my drink & put hot instead of iced. I sent my husband since we live a minute away to ask if maybe there’s a way it can be changed since it is the same price & I looked online & it said we cannot cancel nor modify but we can ask the baristas to change it.
