We came to Knife with high expectations since it is one of the few Dallas restaurants that has a Michelin star. The Highland greeted us with complimentary valet and the host had our reservation handled quickly. Made a reservation here for my husband's birthday dinner. The food was phenomenal, every bite a joy, but the service really did not meet expectations.1) our male waiter immediately cracked a misogynistic joke (men like steak more than women lol, dude it's 2024);2) the tablet we were given to browse the drink menu simply would not show cocktails and when our waiters finally came back around to get our order, I told them this and they were like "oh it's that one" -- so they knew...read full review
