“I loved this restaurant when I first ate here 28 years ago. I moved away but was in Dallas last night so I made a reservation and it was even more amazing than I remembered. The service was impeccable. Our waiter Charlie was amazing and recommended the best wine pairings but the food… ah the food…. Let’s just say if I ever have a “last meal” I would want it to be this. I got the champagne Brie soup, the Filet Rossini and flourless chocolate cake. Each bite was perfection. Seriously, one of the best meals of my life. Hope it doesn’t take another 28 years to return. Superb!“

“I had an amazing experience at Wine 101 at Blind Bishop with Dilek Caner. The class was beginner-friendly, interactive, and incredibly informative without feeling overwhelming.
As someone working in luxury hospitality and fine dining, I really appreciated how practical the tasting system and food pairing explanations were. Tasting the wines side-by-side helped me clearly understand the differences between grape varieties and wine styles.
The atmosphere was welcoming, professional, and fun, and the wines were thoughtfully selected. You can really feel the depth of knowledge and passion behind the class.
I highly recommend this course to anyone interested in wine, whether you are completely new or already working in hospitality and looking to build a stronger wine foundation.“

“Need a date night spot? Need to eat before a show at the Myerson? If you are seeking Italian? This is it. Oso buco stuffed pasta and the papperdelle with wagyu bolognaese were our main courses. We shared a grilled romain salad with a house dressing that was rich and laid on fresh burratta. There is some slight fusion going on like the brushetta with the Waygu beef, caramelized onions and the acid of the basalmic then the brine from caviar. It was a delightful bite. The complimentary flavored ricotta flight and Limoncello was a nice treat. We enjoyed lovely cocktails and the voice of the piano player was amazing.“

“My compliments to CRU - I often travel to Dallas to visit family and have made a point over the years to stop at CRU Lovefield - whether for a quick meal or a quick wine tasting or both. I can't think of a poor experience after dozens of trips. Here's what Cru consistently gets right & why you should stop in and enjoy:
• Attentive & personable staff - whether you sit at a bar or a table, the CRU team is ready to serve - and do so in a friendly & helpful manner. They appreciate that your stop at CRU is bound by flight schedules & readily act on menu orders & other requests.
• Good wine selection that changes up - I cannot name the frequency of the changes but it is refreshing to not have that same European flight of whites every time.
• Consistently tasty and fresh food options - the food menu fits the drinks on offer ranging from charcuterie boards to salads to sandwiches and flatbreads. These are not poor imitations what you might find in a cafe outside the airport which is the bane of most airport restaurants.
My thanks to the team at CRU - I'll stop by again in a few months.“

“I was really surprised by the quality of the food. Service was very friendly but she was by herself and there were way too many people for one person to serve, but she did as good of a job as anyone could ask and stayed friendly.

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We celebrated our 24th anniversary at Rise Soufflé in Tulsa Utica Square, and it was absolutely perfect. From the charming ambiance to the flawless service, every detail made the evening unforgettable. We started with their famous Marshmallow Soup — a creamy tomato and carrot bisque with tangy goat cheese “marshmallows.” Truly unique and so comforting. For entrées, we shared the Southwest Chicken Soufflé and the Mac & Cheese Soufflé. Both were divine — airy yet rich, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. I finished with the Blueberry Soufflé, which was bursting with flavor and beautifully airy. My husband had the Crème Brûlée, with its perfectly crisp top and creamy custard — classic and flawless. Our Server, Andrelle, went above and beyond — friendly, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs. Thank you, Rise, for making our anniversary dinner feel magical. We’ll definitely be back! 💙“

“It was a great experience. My family and I came by to celebrate Mother's day for my wife. She loves italian food. They kept the dishes pretty authentic to italian American cuisine. I had the bolognese lasagna. Pasta tasted as if the made it in house. Wife got the pasta and gravy. She LOVED it. Baby got French toast. She loved it. We had to get canoli's. They were delicious as well.“

“Had such a great dinner celebrating our Graduate! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing from start to finish. Our server Taylor was so attentive and friendly, and Bobby, one of the cooks, also came by and was incredibly kind. You can really tell the staff cares about giving guests a great experience. “We came here for GNO and had the best time!! The service was outstanding and they have an excellent rewards program for $5 margs/aperol spritz. I was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free crust. Certainly some of the BEST gf crust I’ve had. To my celiac folks, there is a risk of cross contamination with their ovens, but management was sure to make me aware of that as I was ordering.“
