We celebrated our 24th anniversary at Rise Soufflé in Tulsa Utica Square, and it was absolutely perfect. From the charming ambiance to the flawless service, every detail made the evening unforgettable.
We started with their famous Marshmallow Soup — a creamy tomato and carrot bisque with tangy goat cheese “marshmallows.” Truly unique and so comforting.
