Who leaves reviews for an airport bar? I didn’t think I would since these places are usually non-descript and easily forgettable. This one is different. Staff are awesome, drinks are reasonable (for an airport), and the food, while simple, is actually good and reasonably priced considering the quality. I’ve been coming through DFW often and this has become a regular stop.
I really enjoyed this wine bar. ?I stopped by while waiting for a flight, and wanted a glass of wine to decompress. I'm a big fan of pinot noir, and they had three good options. I went with the Siduri Pinot Noir from Oregon. It was very nice!The ambiance wad good, the bartenders were friendly and accommodating. I had a long layover and wanted somewhere to go with healthier food options. The server was amazing and knew the wine list and the food options personally. He directed me to great choices. I picked the single cheese plate with the Manchego, Humboldt Fog, and brie. The brie was a little disappointing compared to the other two cheeses, but the Fog stole the show.
