“I am indeed a foodie and very picky about restaurants in the DFW area. However, Chef Gorji met my high standards with foods that were amazingly prepared. You can't go wrong with whatever you order but the Sea Bass and Vegetarian Lasagna had me wanting more. The grill vegetables were so well prepared I was left shocked by the seasoning he used. He is also a very humble and kind man and that is an extra bonus. If you want good food in Dallas look no further go to Gorji Restaurant and enjoy good food. Dr. Lisa“

“We had a fantastic experience here. The service was outstanding, with a friendly and attentive team that made us feel welcomed throughout the evening. The food was delicious, and the crab cakes were our favorite appetizer. Everything was well prepared and added to a memorable visit. This is a great restaurant for celebrations, date nights, or anyone wanting a special dining experience. Highly recommend giving it a try.“
“We were excited to try a new Mexican seafood-forward restaurant. Overall it was good but the service needs improvement. In terms of food, I wanted to try the chocolate clams - we had a seasonal strawberry and a spicy vinegar flavor. The spicy one was definitely better and maybe we just don't like raw clams. They were very different from the flavor of raw oysters. The aguachile was amazing and the sauce was light and very spicy which we liked. The octopus was okay, it was a bit chewy and the sauce was underwhelming. For entrees, we had the red snapper and wagyu, both were excellent and had unique flavors. The strawberry dessert (pastel cacahuazintle) was light and had a subtle polenta flavor which we enjoyed. The margarita and old fashioned were both very tasty although very small. They have very limited non-alcoholic drinks although my partner enjoyed the jamaica tea. On a Friday night, they were out of both oat and regular milk which was strange, so they couldn't make a latte.
Overall, there are some unique dishes here, but at this price point the service needs improvement. I had to ask for water a few times. The waiter and food runners didn't seem to notice our glasses were empty on multiple occasions. It also felt like they were trying upsell because we were offered still or sparkling water, but not tap, which we had to ask for.“

“Mamani delivered the most memorable dining experience I’ve ever had.
Service was a major part of the experience. I cannot express how much of a phenomenal job did Kendyl throughout the night. Whether it was walking us through the menu and answering every question I had (there were quite a few…) or just stopping by the table to chat with us. The wine pairings throughout the evening were excellent. I’ve had pairings in the past that were quite underwhelming, but not here. Each pairing genuinely elevated the dish it was served with.
We began with the croquettes, which were rich, savory, and exactly the kind of opening bite that makes you settle in for the rest of the meal. The foie gras torchon with cherry and shallot jam was incredible. The shallot jam and cherries helped balance the foie gras.
For pasta, I had the tagliatelle with rabbit ragu bianco. This was my favorite dish of the night. The rabbit was incredibly delicate, the fennel brought a welcomed freshness, and the peas added just enough texture to make the dish feel balanced and lively.
My significant other had the potato gnocchi. The gnocchi was pillowy instead of the dense style you often find in most restaurants. The pesto was fresh and vibrant, and the wine pairing really highlighted the basil.
For the main courses, I had the Rosewood Wagyu Coulotte. The flavor of the wagyu was excellent, though I was not overly impressed with the cut itself, as there were a few tougher sections running through it. With that said, it’s the kind of thing that can happen in a restaurant setting and did not take away from the meal or experience. The hollandaise was super light, almost foamy, and coated the *perfectly* cooked asparagus nicely. My significant other had the Ibérico Pork Pluma, where the spring onion mixture brought a fresh vibrancy that reminded me of a lemongrass-like brightness.
We finished with vanilla bean gelato and Paris-Brest. The gelato was the most vanilla-y vanilla dish I’ve ever had, so delicious.
We will definitely return!“

Del opus fruits and cheese as well and the delicious soup. The desserts were exceptional! The music was wonderful- the piano player played beautifully!“

“This was the most enjoyable meal I had during my trip to Dallas. This is a Michelin restaurant, and overall, it is qualified. I enjoyed its steak very much.“
