“I love sitting at the cozy bar as the bartenders are so nice, lovely and fun. Cecile and Artie and the team provide great service and make you feel at home. There are couples that sit either at the high top tables or the bar and also many single people from out of town and locally. So if you want to have a conversation it is a safe place for you.
I love the Wagu steak it is a splurge, actually all of the steaks are amazing. In summer I usually have the shrimp platter with the crab cake. Right now they have three menus. I love the chef and sous chef very talented and kind. Of course, the manager is friendly. The only person I don't really know is Kieran? I have to say he is very negative and I can feel the vibe when he comes to the bar to do whatever. He dresses smart but never is welcoming.
That is my only noticeable negative comment. I am sure he must be nice he is just very very serious and that is okay with me it doesn't stop me from coming in.

The reception ladies are fantastic! I love them and the valets are so wonderful to me. It is my home away from home. There are a lot of restaurant in the area to choose from but for steak and seafood this is my go to.
So from the moment I drive my car up to the valet stand and depart for the evening. It is a wonderful place to enjoy yourself,“

“A friend of mine introduced me to Signature Cuisine while I was looking for a venue for my newborn son’s Aqeeqah ceremony. I was already a big fan of their Nihari, but I never imagined how amazing the entire event experience would be!
From the food and service to the atmosphere and cleanliness, everything was outstanding. The food was fresh, served at the perfect temperature, and our guests were extremely happy. Even the restrooms and overall facility were exceptionally well maintained.
A very special appreciation goes to the new management, especially Mr. Samad. He treated our event like it was his own. His energy, attention to detail, and personal involvement took everything to another level. Plus, he sang couple of songs for me, great voice.
As a professional DJ who has worked at many events and venues, I can genuinely say that I rarely see a crowd this satisfied with the food, service, and overall atmosphere.

“I am indeed a foodie and very picky about restaurants in the DFW area. However, Chef Gorji met my high standards with foods that were amazingly prepared. You can't go wrong with whatever you order but the Sea Bass and Vegetarian Lasagna had me wanting more. The grill vegetables were so well prepared I was left shocked by the seasoning he used. “We celebrated my sister’s birthday at The Glen and overall, the meal was very tasty. The ambiance was nice and our waitress, Vivica, was absolutely awesome—attentive, friendly, and professional. She truly elevated our experience. However, our evening took a very unfortunate turn due to a brawl that broke out during our visit. Glasses were thrown, and it quickly escalated into a dangerous situation that required a police response and a hostile takedown of those involved. It was alarming and unsettling to witness. What disappointed me most was the lack of response from management. No one came to our table to check on us or offer any kind of acknowledgment of what we had just endured. While I understand that the incident was beyond their control, some form of consideration or gesture—like a discount or even a sincere apology—would have shown respect and appreciation for their patrons' safety and comfort. Great food and stellar service from Vivica, but the lack of management accountability in such a distressing moment left a sour note on an otherwise special evening.“
